Learn MoreAs the administrative, financial, and logistics center of the Russian Federation, Moscow and its surrounding regions are seeing an unprecedented push toward automation, localized manufacturing, and infrastructure modernization. The Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone, alongside Podolsk and Kolomna manufacturing corridors, has experienced dynamic expansion across aerospace engineering, instrumentation, defense, and electric vehicle transport networks.
In this high-growth ecosystem, the procurement of premium precision metal components—specifically those utilizing stamping and deep drawn technology—is a core bottleneck. Companies face high local tooling costs and long lead times for complex structural geometries. High-integrity metals must perform under extreme thermal variations, requiring highly controlled material grain structures and advanced surface finishes such as anodizing and electro-polishing.
Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. bridges this gap. By utilizing state-of-the-art Japanese machinery, advanced CAD/CAM tooling facilities in China, and seamless logistics channels directly connected to Moscow’s logistics terminals (such as Vorsino and Bely Rast), we supply high-performance parts that meet strict engineering criteria at competitive prices.
A trusted SME partner offering end-to-end custom metal fabrication with global tier-1 standards
Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a family business and has grown into a highly specialized owner-managed SME corporation. Located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility is situated within a 3-hour journey from Shanghai International Airport via China's high-speed rail network, giving us access to premier materials, expert engineers, and world-class shipping ports.
Our physical site comprises 16,000 square meters of production floor, with an additional 11,000 square meters of constructed facilities. XinYe employs 130 skilled professionals: 80 dedicated to direct production, and 50 highly experienced personnel working in product development, engineering, quality assurance, and management. To secure our technical advantages, we hold more than 20 technical utility patent certificates, guaranteeing unique competencies in precision metal forming.
A comprehensive tooling setup and machinery configuration engineered for flawless execution
Friction press equipment spanning 300 to 1,000 tons; vertical column hydraulic machines from 100 to 630 tons; high-speed punching presses from 5 to 250 tons.
Advanced high-precision CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining centers ensuring tight tolerances down to 0.001mm.
In-house anodizing, electronic polishing (E-polish), and sandblasting to enhance resistance and aesthetic values for extreme environments.
We run standard operations 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. For high-volume projects or critical supply bottlenecks in Moscow, we can scale to full 24/7 continuous operations within 30 days. Our facilities are designed for expansions with available reserve land ready to accommodate customer-dedicated investments.

Equipped with state-of-the-art testing tools to ensure consistent quality across all components
For high-precision aerospace parts and specialized industrial equipment, quality is not a post-production check—it must be built into the raw material procurement, die design, and early forming stages. Our facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 social compliance standards.
Every batch of raw sheet metal, steel, copper, or aluminum undergoes incoming verification. We supply full traceability documentation, chemical analysis certificates, dimension reports, and warranty conformance documents. Our internal quality control department operates specialized testing apparatuses to ensure that no sub-standard part leaves the facility floor.
Analyzes chemical compositions of raw materials to verify correct alloy grades before stamping.
Coordinate Measuring Machine offering 3D dimensional auditing to confirm tight tolerance alignment.
Optical inspection devices providing micro-metric visualization for complex custom stamping margins.
Secondary high-magnification optical layout for high-throughput batch checks.
Inspects post-polishing and post-anodizing roughness parameters to ensure precise friction characteristics.
Verifies structural load thresholds and limits under extreme tension/compression stress.
From initial design files to seamless custom clearances, we handle every step of your project
We receive 3D CAD models, material specifications, and tolerance requirements from the buyer's engineers.
Our engineers formulate progressive die designs, manufacture custom tooling, and cast initial prototypes.
We ship sample parts directly to Moscow for physical testing and compliance auditing.
Upon sample approval, we begin high-volume stamping, deep drawing, and automated optical checks.
Components are packed in seaworthy anti-corrosive crates and shipped via optimized rail or sea routes.

To supplement our sheet metal stamping and deep drawing production, our machinery configuration includes specialized multi-axis CNC machines such as the TIPAS MACHINE h65TMY. This allows us to perform secondary processing on deep drawn parts, such as adding high-tolerance threads, boring lateral cavities, or adding complex bevels directly to the metal shells.
By keeping both stamp press lines and high-speed CNC turning machines under one roof, we eliminate intermediate transport delays and guarantee that the final component matches the original design model down to the micrometer.
How our engineers control plastic deformation to avoid fracturing and wall thinning
Deep drawing is a metal forming process where sheet metal blanks are radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch. The transition from a flat sheet to a hollow cylindrical or box-shaped container requires careful calculation of the Limiting Drawing Ratio (LDR), typically defined as:
LDR = D_blank / d_punch
If this ratio exceeds critical thresholds (usually 2.0 to 2.2 for structural steel), the material undergoes tensile failure, leading to fracturing at the corner radii. To avoid this, our design team optimizes the die corner radii and control the Blank Holder Force (BHF). If BHF is too high, the metal cannot slide into the cavity and fractures; if too low, wrinkling occurs at the flange.
By utilizing simulation software, we verify the metal thickness across progressive stages, guaranteeing that the walls maintain their strength even at high aspect ratios.
For high-volume production runs, we recommend Progressive Die Stamping. A strip of raw metal is fed through multiple stations on a single machine, performing operations such as piercing, blanking, bending, and coining in a continuous path. This yields up to 400 components per minute, lowering piece costs significantly.
For large enclosures or low-volume runs, we utilize Stage Tooling. Workpieces are manually or robotically moved between independent hydraulic and mechanical presses. We configure tooling structures to run smoothly on our 1000-ton and 630-ton friction presses, achieving high precision even with thicker metals.
Providing seamless transport solutions from our Ningbo facility to Moscow logistics terminals
We leverage the China-Europe Railway Express (New Silk Road) via Manzhouli or Alashankou directly to Moscow terminals like Vorsino, Silikatnaya, or Bely Rast. This reduces shipping time to 15–20 days compared to 40+ days via sea route.
Our documents are compiled according to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) standards. We supply technical passports, detailed material composition reports, and declaration layouts to expedite local customs clearance.
Moscow winters reach temperatures below -20°C, which can cause micro-cracking in unprotected alloys and promote surface condensation. We treat parts with rust-inhibiting oils and pack them in vacuum-sealed vapor barrier packaging.
