High-demand industrial solutions engineered to conform with strict European Quality standards and automated assembly specifications.
Over the last decade, Poland has transformed into a dominant industrial hub for Central and Eastern Europe. With strong competencies in automotive manufacturing, heavy machinery, consumer electronics, and aerospace, Polish factories are positioned as critical nodes in the global supply chain. This is particularly evident in the metal stamping and deep drawing sector, where proximity to Western European manufacturing centers provides major nearshoring advantages.
By establishing manufacturing setups in strategic zones such as Katowice, Wrocław, and Poznań, OEMs can significantly reduce transit times, secure raw materials through integrated regional supply routes, and maintain strict adherence to European automotive norms like IATF 16949. The demand for deep-drawn components is surging, driven by structural automotive shifts, green energy projects, and advanced industrial instrumentation.
Strategic global production footprint supporting European OEMs with high-end, customized metal forming processes.
Originally established in 1996 as a family-run business, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. has developed into a leading owner-managed SME corporation specializing in advanced metal forming and fabrication. Situated in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility is within a three-hour range of Shanghai International Airport via high-speed train networks, offering seamless logistics coordination for global buyers.
Our operations span a total production area of 16,000 square meters, with an additional 11,000 square meters of modern construction area. XinYe supports a professional team of 130 employees. This includes 80 skilled operators on the production floor and 50 dedicated engineers and technicians focusing on product development, quality control, manufacturing tooling design, and global supply chain management.
A look inside our advanced manufacturing assets and technical processes that enable complex metal forming operations.
Equipped with friction presses featuring clamping pressures from 300 to 1,000 tons, column hydraulic presses ranging from 100 to 630 tons, and punch presses scaling from 5 to 250 tons. This ensures consistent deep drawing depth and dimensional stability.
Precision 4-axis CNC turning and milling machinery. We achieve close tolerances (down to 0.001mm) on post-processing operations, perfect for structural automotive linkages, aircraft fuel manifolds, and complex housings.
Integrated secondary operations including anodizing, chemical passivation, electro-polishing, and zinc plating. Optimized for harsh operating environments such as automotive under-hood components and marine detection systems.

Our default operational schedule is 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. If quick scalability is required, we can shift to full 24/7 continuous operations within 30 days to support high-volume runs.
Discuss Production CapacityOur engineering teams develop component configurations tailored to specific industrial safety, environmental, and performance standards.
Through deep-draw forming and multi-step progressive metal stamping, we supply custom parts for demanding operating conditions:
Custom Engineering: Collaboration with client design offices on geometric optimizations to reduce raw material waste (information gain via structural weight savings).
Material Flexibility: Capable of drawing stainless steel, structural carbon steel, copper alloys, and high-strength aluminum grades.
Integrated Assemblies: Combining deep-drawn parts with machined fittings, gaskets, and surface coatings for a complete component assembly.
Quality is the foundation of our business. We enforce absolute traceability from raw material verification to final export shipment.
Verifies incoming material chemistry to ensure compliance with structural material specifications before production.
Provides automated 3D dimensional inspections to ensure exact compliance with structural drawing coordinates.
Enables high-resolution, non-contact optical inspection of small, complex stampings and drawn profiles.
Used for close verification of drawing angles, curvature profiles, and localized edge chamfers.
Inspects surface finishes to ensure compliance with food-grade polish or specialized automotive mating seal specs.
Evaluates the mechanical strength, yield limits, and elastic responses of finished assemblies under load.
XinYe operates under a strict, continuously audited production framework. We hold dual certifications in ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) and SA8000 (Social Accountability Standard), ensuring our operations align with global corporate governance, environmental safety, and ethical labor criteria.
How we transform client concepts and CAD parameters into high-precision production runs.
Clients upload technical drawings. Our engineers analyze draw depths, metal thickness flow, tolerances, and yield metrics to provide a optimized quote.
Our toolmaking shop designs and produces drawing dies and stamping presses. Initial runs are completed and tested to confirm dimensional parameters.
Initial physical samples are shipped to the client alongside full-scale metrology sheets, material purity certificates, and technical test reports.
Upon sample sign-off, high-speed automated production is scheduled. In-process inspection gates ensure consistent dimension stability across multi-thousand unit runs.
Components are packaged in seaworthy/air-eligible customized crates. Our operations provide tracking, custom declarations support, and 12-month warranties.
