Our prices are subject to change depending on material pricing and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us with technical drawings for a detailed review.
2. Do you require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. For specific low-volume runs or distribution arrangements, please discuss your volume projections with our engineering department.
3. Can you supply the relevant engineering and safety documentation?
Yes, we provide comprehensive technical packages including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, mechanical test reports, origin documentation, and other standard export records.
4. What is the typical lead time for custom deep-drawn tooling and initial samples?
For custom tooling and initial samples, lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the typical turnaround is 20-30 days after receiving deposit payment and sample approval.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, Western Union, and PayPal. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
