View SpecificationsPeru sits as a global titan in metallurgy and mineral extraction, representing a massive market share in global copper, gold, and zinc mining operations. Deep within regions like Arequipa, Ancash, and Apurímac, extraction facilities demand structural components that can endure severe impact and chemical exposure. Flotation cells, slurry pumps, hydraulic manifolds, and heavy transport suspension structures are subject to extreme tribological wear. Investment casting (Lost Wax casting) represents the optimal engineering path for producing these components, providing near-net-shape accuracy with minimal post-machining requirements.
Beyond mining, Peru's vibrant fisheries and food processing sectors (such as fishmeal and agricultural packaging in Lima, Chimbote, and Trujillo) depend on food-grade stainless steel (like ASTM A743 Grade CF8M/CF3M) and bronze alloys. These alloys prevent corrosion in saltwater applications and satisfy sanitary mandates for processing food. Our specialized wax-die stainless steel castings serve these exact requirements, ensuring longevity under corrosive and high-stress operating conditions.
Globally, industrial procurers are shifting away from traditional sand foundries due to strict ecological regulations, higher tooling overheads, and inconsistent metallurgy. Industrial procurement directories increasingly demand comprehensive supply chain security, short lead times, and integrated tooling. The Sino-Peru Free Trade Agreement (FTA) has further simplified operations, eliminating import tariffs on several critical machinery categories and casting classifications, allowing direct supply integration from Ningbo to the Callao port with minimal customs friction.
By shifting casting production to specialized facilities in Ningbo, China—such as Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works—Peruvian manufacturers and engineering companies bypass the local limitations of low-tech casting foundries. High-end equipment like CMM verification, optical spectrum analyzers, and automated wax injection machines require massive capital investment. Handing over production to an enterprise with an established infrastructure guarantees certified reliability (E-E-A-T) and significant cost savings.
Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a family business and until today is an owner managed SME corporation. XINYE corporation is located in Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, in reach within 3 hours from Shanghai international airport via high speed train network. The company’s total area is 16,000 square meters of production floor, another 11,000 square meters are construction. Total staff is 130 employees, of which 80 production staff and 50 are in product development, engineering, quality and supporting areas including management.
We are able to offer in professional and competent qualification: CNC machining, Aluminum alloy forging, Wax die stainless casting, Extrusion and Stamping and Anodizing and E-polish Surface treatment. The XINYE team is committed to customer satisfaction offering a well established technology competence portfolio with complete set of processing equipment for production and machining. Our customers do not just appreciate our high quality standards but also are getting excited about the commitment and constant drive of XINYE for innovation and new technologies.
The scope of competencies have been growing over time with the customer requirements but also with its own initiatives for continuous further development of the corporation. Besides the classical technologies in metal parts manufacturing today we are also able to offer well established competencies in product development, engineering, industrialization of new product developments, quality engineering and global supply chain management.

Multi-axis CNC milling, precision turning, and complex deep-drawn stamping (5 to 250 tons) ensuring final dimensional tolerance match.
In-house Anodizing, E-polish surface treatment, and sandblasting to combat chemical oxidation, seawater corrosion, and mechanical friction.
Custom metallurgic parts deployed across vital global infrastructure sectors, configured to support Peru's harsh environmental conditions.
Take a closer look at our machinery, operations, and metrology labs. We keep production running 16 hours a day, 6 days a week, with the ability to ramp up to 24/7 continuous operations within 30 days.
Our facility houses high-tonnage friction presses (300T to 1000T) and CNC machining centers imported directly from Japan. Watch our engineering videos to see how we maintain consistent quality across large production runs.
"We invest continuously in expanding our facilities to accommodate the scaling demands of our global OEM partners. Dedicated land expansion zones are prepared for future capacity adjustments."
Quality is the foundation of our business. We enforce a robust quality assurance program with ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 certifications. We track every batch back to its raw material source and supply detailed testing documentation for every delivery.
Verifies chemical composition limits to guarantee pure grade output (stainless steel, bronze, carbon steel).
Performs 3D coordinate dimension verification to check casting alignments against engineering drawings.
Analyzes geometric shapes and contours optically for tight-tolerance machined features.
Evaluates mechanical properties to ensure parts can withstand maximum tension and yield stress.
From initial design evaluation to final packaging, we maintain strict quality control checkpoints throughout production.
Our team reviews the 3D drawings (IGS, STEP, DWG) and chemical requirements provided by the client. We check key tolerances and design features to ensure optimal casting results.
We build custom aluminum wax-die tooling for automated wax injection. We cast pre-production samples and provide the client with chemical certificates and a full CMM dimensional layout report for approval.
Upon sample approval, we initiate full-scale production. This includes wax cluster assembly, ceramic shell coating build-up, dewaxing, high-temperature shell firing, induction melting, and pouring. After cooling, the ceramic shell is removed, and gate stubs are ground down.
Castings requiring close fits undergo CNC turning or milling. Final surface finishes are applied as requested, including mechanical blasting, anodizing, or chemical electro-polishing.
Our quality control team performs final visual and dimensional checks. Components are packed in heavy-duty wooden crates or boxes to prevent damage during sea transport to Peru (Callao Port).
We are dedicated to maintaining social compliance, ethical operations, and strict quality management systems.
Trust: We focus on exceeding client expectations by delivering reliable components and maintaining transparent communication.
Responsibility: We take a proactive approach to engineering and quality control, working closely with clients to address and resolve any issues.
Professionalism: We focus on continuous training and investing in advanced machinery to ensure our operations meet high industry standards.
