As the primary logistical hub of the Philippines, the Port of Manila serves as the gateway to the key economic zones in Luzon (Calabarzon, Cavite, and Laguna Technopark). Understanding the critical timeline demands of Philippine procurement teams, XinYe has optimized shipping lines directly from the Port of Ningbo to Manila.
The global demand for high-strength, lightweight aluminium components is surging as industries transition to electric vehicles (EVs), sustainable infrastructure, and advanced defense products. Aluminium hot forging offers a unique strength-to-weight ratio superior to casting and standard sheet metal works.
In Manila, our components are widely utilized in major applications including:
Ensuring microstructural integrity through controlled plastic deformation. A guide to our metallurgical choices and forging design thresholds.
| Aluminium Alloy Group | Key Mechanical Features | Primary Industrial Application | Optimal Heat Treatment |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6000 Series (6061, 6082, 6063) | Excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability, moderate strength. | Structural brackets, automotive suspension joints, marine fittings in Manila bay. | T6 temper (solution heat treated and artificially aged). |
| 7000 Series (7075, 7050) | Ultra-high tensile strength, comparable to high-strength steels at 1/3 the weight. | Aerospace aviation fuel pit boxes, high-stress defense and cyclic load bearings. | T6, T73 (improved stress corrosion cracking resistance). |
| 2000 Series (2014, 2024) | High fatigue limit, superior mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. | Internal combustion components, heavy vehicle hubs, turbine inlets. | T4, T6 temper. |
Hot forging ensures that the internal crystal structure of the aluminium alloy aligns along the geometric contour of the component, yielding superior fatigue strength and eliminating structural vulnerabilities common in casting.
By heating the billet to precise temperatures (350°C to 480°C depending on the alloy), our machines break down coarse dendritic cast structures into fine, homogeneous grains, ensuring high impact toughness.
Unlike casting, which is prone to shrinkage cavities and micro-porosity, hot forging applies extreme compressive force to guarantee gas-tight, high-density parts capable of supporting pressure-sealed marine or hydraulic systems.
State-of-the-art machinery imported from Japan and Germany, enabling scalable, multi-axis precision forging and machining.
The scope of competencies has been growing over time with the customer requirements but also with its own initiatives for continuous further development of the corporation. Besides the classical technologies in metal parts manufacturing today we are also able to offer well established competencies in product development, engineering, industrialization of new product developments, quality engineering and global supply chain management.
Our key physical capabilities on the production floor include:
Our factory operating hours are per default 6 days with 16 hours, we are able to go into 24/7 mode within 30 days. Production capacity grows by continued investments and expansion of manufacturing areas.
Quality is life. With ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 credentials, we maintain traceability throughout our material sourcing, forging processes, and final inspections.
Verifies chemical compositions of incoming aluminum billets to prevent structural defects or grade-mixing.
3D Coordinate Measuring Machine ensures high dimensional accuracy within sub-micron ranges for complex geometric interfaces.
Optical dimensional scanners verify external profiles, routing angles, and surface holes with speed and high accuracy.
High-resolution video verification tools utilized to record and track geometric deviations for mass production runs.
Monitors roughness indices (Ra) after milling or surface anodization process, guaranteeing smooth functional assemblies.
Validates mechanical strength and elastic modulus limits of forged components before dispatch.

Always comes first, our priority, our responsibility, to exceed your expectations.
Taking any action carefully and detailed as the commitment to give a total solution and services based on principles, customers and employees’ needs and desires.
What we do, what we create, what we give it all with an attitude, dedication and ambition. We always give it all with an improvement.
From initial design files to dispatch, our streamlined production path ensures high efficiency and strict quality controls.
Clients submit raw requirements, 3D CAD data, or physical templates. We define the appropriate material specifications, heat treatments, and manufacturing tolerances.
Our tooling centers fabricate precision die sets and test prototypes using high-quality steel alloys, validating material behavior under simulated hot forging pressure.
Pre-heated billets are fed into our Japanese friction press units. Extreme force creates high-density shapes with perfect alignment of structural grain lines.
Secondary CNC tooling refines critical surface profiles. If requested, components undergo chemical anodization, e-polishing, or thermal tempering.
Answers to common questions regarding logistics, technical capability, pricing, and our supply support in the Manila metropolitan area.
Q1: Can you ship custom forged components directly to Manila ports?
A: Yes, we manage continuous ocean freight directly from the Port of Ningbo to Manila. We offer FOB, CIF, and DDU configurations, handling all required documentation (including Form E for tax benefits under ASEAN agreements) for clean custom clearance.
Q2: What is the typical lead time for new forging development?
A: For raw tooling and sample runs, the average lead time is about 7 to 14 days. Mass production ranges from 20 to 30 days once design files and sample models receive final client sign-off.
Q3: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Yes, standard production runs require an MOQ to offset high initial tooling and die setup costs. Please contact our engineering department to discuss lower quantity trials for specialized projects.
Q4: What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept transfers to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
Q5: How do you verify chemical purity and grade specifications of alloys?
A: Every batch of raw billets undergoes spectroscopic analysis using our GNR Spectrum Analyzer. We provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and dimensional reports with all shipments.
Q6: What is the product warranty period?
A: We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction.
