Wholesale Wax Casting Service Supplier & Factory

Precision Engineering, Advanced Material Technology, and Net-Shape Manufacturing Solutions for Global Industries.

Global Industrial Demand & The Evolution of Wax Casting Solutions

In modern manufacturing, global enterprises are constantly seeking ways to achieve tighter dimensional tolerances, reduce raw material waste, and streamline manufacturing pipelines. Lost wax investment casting (also referred to as precision casting) has emerged as the premier technology to fulfill these requirements. By utilizing temporary wax patterns to construct ceramic molds, this process allows for the production of components with intricate geometries, exceptional surface finishes, and near-net-shape accuracy.

For industries such as automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, and medical engineering, traditional subtractive manufacturing can lead to excessive costs and long production cycles. Investment wax casting drastically minimizes post-cast machining, saving raw materials and ensuring microstructural integrity. The global shift toward localization, coupled with specialized offshore manufacturing centers in industrial hubs like Ningbo, China, allows Tier 1 OEMs to balance production efficiency with rigorous cost-control requirements.

Technical Insight: Silica Sol vs. Water Glass Binders

Silica Sol casting provides superior dimensional accuracy (CT4-CT6 levels) and a surface roughness (Ra) of 3.2 to 1.6 μm, making it ideal for food-grade, medical, and aerospace components. In contrast, Water Glass casting provides a cost-effective alternative for heavy-duty industrial components requiring CT7-CT9 accuracy.

Technical FAQ & Procurement Guidelines

Explore answers to common questions about engineering, production lead times, and global shipping policies.

What are your raw material options for lost wax casting components?
We work with a wide range of materials, including stainless steels (such as CF8, CF8M, 304, 316, 316L, and duplex grades), carbon steels, low-alloy steels, and aluminum alloys. Every melt batch is verified using our GNR Spectrum Analyzer, and we provide material certification reports with each shipment.
How do you manage prices amid fluctuations in global raw material markets?
Our prices are based on international metal exchange rates and raw material indices. For long-term contract partners, we offer structured framework agreements with price adjustment formulas to help manage market volatility. Contact our sales department to request our latest pricing sheet.
What are your minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements?
We require an ongoing minimum order volume for international contract manufacturing orders to balance tooling preparation and machine setups. However, we offer flexibility for initial prototype trials and pilot validation runs.
What documentation and quality certificates do you provide with shipments?
We provide full quality documentation with every shipment, including material chemistry analysis (spectroscopy certificates), CMM dimensional report findings, heat treatment records, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and origin declarations for export clearance.
What are the average lead times for samples and mass production?
Our standard turnaround for sample parts is approximately 7 days from drawing approval. For mass production runs, standard lead times range from 20 to 30 days after receipt of down payment and final engineering release, depending on part complexity and machining requirements.
What payment terms and methods do you support?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% advance deposit for order launch, with the remaining 70% balance due against copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Payments can be processed via wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal.
What product warranties do you offer?
We guarantee our material quality and workmanship. We offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, starting from the shipping date. If quality issues arise, our engineering team works with clients to analyze the root cause and provide replacement components.
How do you handle shipping logistics and protective packaging?
We use heavy-duty export packaging, including anti-rust wraps, moisture-resistant barriers, and reinforced wooden crates to protect parts during transport. Shipping costs depend on your chosen delivery method. Sea freight is recommended for large shipments, and we work with both customer-designated forwarders and our own shipping networks.
