Reliable components manufactured with cutting-edge pressing, casting, forging, and CNC facilities
Founded in 1996 as a highly dedicated family enterprise, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. has developed into a leading, owner-managed SME corporation. Located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility enjoys prime geopolitical advantages, situated within a 3-hour commute from Shanghai International Airport via China's high-speed rail network. This rapid connection empowers global stakeholders to seamlessly conduct audits and review operations on-site.
Our expansive industrial campus spans 16,000 square meters of high-density production space, complemented by an additional 11,000 square meters of specialized facilities under construction. Our workforce consists of 130 highly trained professionals: 80 specialized manufacturing staff operating our high-tonnage stamping, forging, and casting floors, alongside 50 cross-functional experts dedicated to product engineering, custom development, and quality management.
Analyzing high-pressure sealing challenges, electromagnetic efficiency, and materials selection
Submersible motors are built to operate in harsh sub-surface environments, including deep-well water extraction, marine propulsion, offshore oil extraction, and municipal sewage management. In these setups, the motor stator and rotor laminations form the heart of the electromagnetic drive system. Choosing high-efficiency materials and using precise stamping processes are critical to preventing core losses and maintaining long-term motor reliability.
Stamping laminations for submersible motors involves punching thin sheets of electrical silicon steel (typically ranging from 0.35mm to 0.65mm) and stacking them together. This stacking method limits eddy currents, which would otherwise generate excess heat and reduce motor efficiency. Because submersible motors rely on the surrounding fluid for cooling, keeping heat generation low is vital to prevent stator insulation failure.
Utilizing premium cold-rolled non-oriented (CRNO) silicon steel grades to ensure low core losses, high permeability, and optimal magnetic flux path alignment.
Our tooling design maintains clearances under 5% of material thickness to prevent burrs. This protects insulation coatings and preserves electromagnetic integrity.
Precision stamping keeps laminations perfectly aligned. This creates a highly stable stack that resists deformation under extreme underwater pressure.

Three-dimensional coordinate checking for complex cast and machined housings.
Non-contact optical inspection system for detailed lamination profiling.
Ensures correct outer geometries on progressive stamping runs.
Measures surface finish profile to ensure optimal seal placement.
Verifies material yield strength and spring deformation behavior.
Ensuring quality and design precision from the initial order to final delivery
We work directly with customers to review technical drawings, tolerances, and raw material specifications. We coordinate via high-speed communication channels to align design goals, target budgets, and delivery schedules.
Our engineering team verifies tolerances, selects appropriate raw materials, and sets up tooling to fabricate test samples. We supply full dimensional inspection reports and material test certificates to ensure all requirements are met.
Samples are dispatched for physical fit testing and electrical performance evaluations on the customer's assembly line. We review performance feedback and make any necessary tooling adjustments before beginning full-scale production.
Following sample approval, our factory initiates progressive production runs. Inspectors monitor part geometry, stack thickness, and visual quality throughout the run. Completed parts are packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.
We provide assembly support, offering a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty on all shipped metal parts. Our logistics team handles shipping documentation, custom packaging requirements, and transit tracking to support reliable delivery.

How the market is evolving toward higher efficiency and durable material solutions
The global market for submersible pumps is growing, driven by agricultural expansion, deep-water infrastructure projects, and deep-well industrial pump installations. At the same time, international efficiency standards (such as IE4 and IE5) are prompting manufacturers to seek laminations with lower eddy current losses and better thermal performance.
To meet these requirements, manufacturers are adopting ultra-thin silicon steel laminations (under 0.2mm) and using high-precision progressive dies that combine stamping and interlocking on the press. Advanced coating treatments and automated optical inspection systems help ensure high lamination accuracy and consistent performance across production runs.
Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. continuously invests in our engineering capabilities, tooling equipment, and quality control systems to support these industry requirements. We collaborate closely with global pump and motor brands, supplying structural metal components that perform reliably in demanding underwater environments.
We design custom progressive dies to produce deep-drawn shells, stator housings, and rotor laminations with high dimensional consistency.
Our high-tonnage friction presses produce forged end-caps, mechanical connectors, and pump impellers with refined grain structures.
For complex pump housings and valves, we offer wax die casting paired with multi-axis CNC finishing to ensure correct fit and seal tolerances.
