Explore our core production lines, covering advanced alloy processing, custom metallurgy, and secondary finishing for global industrial markets.
Founded in 1996 as a family business, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. has developed into a leading owner-managed SME corporation specializing in high-precision metal processing. Located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility is strategically positioned within 3 hours of the Shanghai International Airport via China's high-speed rail network, giving us unparalleled logistical advantages for rapid global distribution.
Our footprint covers 16,000 square meters of production floor, with an additional 11,000 square meters allocated for specialized industrial construction. We employ 130 staff, including 80 highly skilled production operators and 50 specialists dedicated to product development, advanced engineering, strict quality control, and management workflows. We offer certified production capacities, including CNC machining, aluminum alloy forging, wax die stainless steel casting, stamping, extrusion, and advanced surface finishing such as anodizing and electropolishing.
We provide structural and surface treatments for metals, plastics, and high-performance alloys to key international markets in Europe, North America, and Russia.
Equipped with 4-axis control CNC machining centers, high-tolerance CNC turning, and precision milling machines, we deliver complex geometric configurations with a positioning accuracy down to 0.001mm.
Utilizing high-capacity friction press lines (300 tons to 1000 tons) paired with advanced induction heating furnaces, we form high-density aluminum structures without internal structural voids.
Operating mechanical and hydraulic punch presses from 5 tons to 630 tons. Specialized in deep-draw stamping for complex structural parts made of steel, copper, engineering plastics, and specialized alloys.
Adapting to modern supply challenges with agile manufacturing structures, local raw material access, and extreme volume flexibility.
Our standard manufacturing layout operates 16 hours a day across 6 days a week. For high-volume projects or critical supply bottlenecks, our infrastructure allows us to scale to a full 24/7 continuous production run within 30 days.
Our facility runs on high-precision imported machinery from Japan. By pairing global hardware platforms with proprietary toolings, we reduce down-time, ensure structural repeatability, and maintain tight dimensional stability.
We keep production steps in-house by including fully-certified anodizing and electropolishing (E-polish) surface lines. This integration eliminates inter-facility transit damage, minimizes logistics costs, and shortens turnaround times.

How Ningbo XinYe is integrating smart production technologies, tooling simulations, and clean energy practices for next-generation manufacturing.
We are integrating real-time sensor loops into our mechanical and hydraulic stamping lines. By monitoring strike-pressure shifts, we can detect tool wear before defects occur, ensuring consistent tolerances over high production runs.
We are optimizing our aluminum hot forging and casting processes to cut carbon emissions. We are implementing closed-loop scrap recovery systems and high-efficiency induction furnaces to help clients meet global ESG goals.
To support high-precision medical and aerospace parts, we are expanding our machinery lines with 5-axis CNC centers. This addition allows for single-setup machining of complex geometries, reducing human error and step times.
We manufacture certified components tailored to the compliance profiles, mechanical requirements, and safety standards of critical global sectors.
We manufacture critical components for fire and gas safety systems used in mining and petrochemical industries, including flame sensors, explosion-proof sensor housings, and fire hydrant pit box enclosure kits.
We produce mission-critical turbine inlets, custom transmission housings, aviation fuel hydrant pit boxes, and high-strength hinge brackets that withstand severe vibrational stress profiles.
We support Tier-1 automotive supply chains with engine transmission components, structural brackets, and specialized E-bike parts like performance brake levers, structural tubes, and connectors.
We fabricate food-safe aluminum and stainless steel parts, including pressure whipped-cream dispensers and countertop commercial cooking stove housings that meet global food contact material safety standards.
We follow a systematic workflow from design check to final delivery to ensure zero-defect output and clear document traceability.
Reviewing 3D files, calculating material costs, forming tooling schemes, and finalizing structural estimates.
Fabricating functional samples using temporary tools or CNC setups. Checking dimensions against 2D/3D drawings.
Providing full-dimension inspection reports and material test sheets (MTRs) to the client for validation and sign-off.
Launching primary forming runs, setting inline QA gates, executing surface treatments, and finishing with custom export packings.
Providing a 12-month quality warranty, tracking parts in the field, and maintaining material tracing records.
We hold active ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 certifications, demonstrating our commitment to standardized quality management and ethical manufacturing practices.
We verify material compositions right from raw stock receipt. Every incoming metal coil, sheet, billet, or ingot undergoes spectrographic testing before entering production. We document heat numbers, chemical compositions, and mechanical values for every batch, linking them directly to the finished part number. During fabrication, our operators perform standard inline inspections at set intervals to confirm that tooling parameters and dimensions remain stable.
Verifies elemental compositions of incoming steel and aluminum lots.
Performs 3D spatial coordinate checking on tight tolerance configurations.
Provides optical measurements for complex 2D stamping geometries.
Measures structural elastic limits, compression loads, and mechanical performance.
Review our recent production runs, showcasing technical designs and material selections across diverse applications.

Comprehensive answers regarding metal stamping capabilities, ordering terms, engineering design parameters, and logistics.
Our pricing is calculated based on raw material market rates, design complexity, post-processing requirements, and total volume. Tooling charges are quoted upfront as a one-time fee, with ownership terms defined in our mutual supply agreements. We send updated price lists periodically to account for raw material market fluctuations.
Yes. All international custom orders have an ongoing minimum order requirement. This helps offset high machine setup times, raw material batch minimums, and custom packaging costs. For specific component MOQs, please contact our engineering sales department with your drawing files.
Yes. We provide full quality documentation package with every order. This includes chemical/physical Mill Test Reports (MTRs), dimensional inspection sheets, surface roughness reports, Certificate of Conformance (CoC), Certificate of Analysis (CoA), custom export paperwork, and certified origin certificates.
Standard prototype samples are delivered within 7 to 10 days, depending on geometry complexity. Mass production runs typically take 20 to 30 days once design approvals are finalized and deposit payments are received. Lead times become effective upon (1) receipt of deposit and (2) final engineering sign-off on 2D/3D component drawings.
Our standard payment structure is a 30% deposit in advance via bank wire transfer, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept PayPal and Western Union for sample charges and initial testing phases.
We provide a 12-month quality warranty covering material defects and workmanship, starting from the delivery date. We maintain material traceability and inspection records for every batch, allowing us to quickly trace and resolve any issues to our customers' satisfaction.
