The Science of Investment & Lost Wax Casting

Investment casting, historically known as lost wax casting, is the premier metallurgical process for producing complex geometries with near-net-shape accuracy, exceptional surface finishes, and zero structural porosity.

Wax Die Stainless Casting

We leverage advanced silica sol investment casting technology for stainless steels and carbon steels. This process offers superior corrosion resistance and dimensional tolerances compared to alternative methods like water glass casting.

Near-Net-Shape Geometric Precision

Capable of producing thin-walled, highly convoluted profiles that eliminate or minimize secondary machining. Ideal for intricate internal channels, deep counterbores, and complex thin ribs.

Alloy Compatibility

Our casting line supports high-performance alloy matrices, including duplex stainless steels, tool steels, copper, and specialized heat-resistant alloys configured for extreme environments.

The Chinese Supply Chain Advantage & Strategic Sourcing

For global procurement teams, importing parts is more than just looking at lower unit prices. It's about tapping into a highly resilient and integrated industrial ecosystem.

Clustered Manufacturing: Being located in the Ningbo industrial zone gives us access to raw material refining, mold makers, heat-treatment providers, and surface finishing facilities within a 30-mile radius. This reduces internal transport costs and cuts lead times.

Integrated Secondary Operations: Beyond raw casting, we provide internal 4-axis CNC machining, hot forging, sheet metal stamping, and specialized surface modification (Anodizing, Electro-polishing, and chemical passivation) under one roof, reducing vendor complexity.

Scalable Capacity: Operating on a default 16-hour daily schedule across 6 days, our facility can transition to 24/7 continuous operation within 30 days to support unexpected demand spikes.
