Investment casting, historically designated as lost wax casting, represents a cornerstone in high-precision metallurgical engineering. In the modern industrial landscape, the requirements for components featuring complex geometries, minimal tolerances, and outstanding surface finishes have accelerated. Aerospace, automotive, medical, and process automation industries rely heavily on structural components produced via investment casting due to its unique ability to deliver near-net-shape output without extensive downstream secondary processing.
Globally, the commercial landscape for lost wax casting is undergoing a significant transformation. Sourcing departments no longer evaluate manufacturers purely on raw pricing; instead, they examine the integration of modern digital workflows, tooling agility, alloy purity verification, and overall supply chain resilience. Emerging industrial markets in North America and Western Europe have set rigorous standards for mechanical integrity, prompting manufacturing hubs in Asia to scale up technical automation, implement ISO-certified quality checkpoints, and adopt state-of-the-art metrology instruments.
For procurement officers and manufacturing engineers, partnering with a supplier that maintains comprehensive control over the entire production cycle—from wax pattern injection molds to multi-axis CNC secondary finishing and electrochemical surface passivation—is critical to mitigating quality risks, ensuring delivery, and maintaining cost effectiveness.
Founded in 1996 as a family-owned metal fabrication business, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. has evolved into a leading owner-managed SME corporation specializing in advanced metallurgical components. Located in the prominent Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility benefits from exceptional logistical connectivity, situated within a 3-hour high-speed rail radius from Shanghai International Airport.
Today, our infrastructure spans over 16,000 square meters of high-density production space, with an additional 11,000 square meters of planned and active construction. We deploy a skilled staff of 130 professionals, structured with 80 highly trained production specialists and 50 dedicated personnel overseeing product development, engineering design, precision QA/QC metrology, and global supply chain management.
Clients from Western and Eastern Europe, North America, and across the globe trust XinYe for our advanced technology portfolio, customer-centric support, and commitment to technology integration.
XinYe integrates diverse metal-shaping processes to deliver custom precision components for demanding applications.
Also known as investment casting or lost wax casting, we produce near-net-shape components in diverse steel alloys, minimizing secondary post-processing.
Equipped with 4-axis control machining centers, CNC turning, and precision milling machines to satisfy dimensional tolerances as tight as 0.001mm.
Friction presses ranging from 300 to 1000 tons provide grain structure alignment and mechanical properties for critical structural parts.
Processing steel, aluminum alloys, copper, and engineering plastics with punching presses spanning 5 to 250 tons for thin-walled geometry.
Complete surface treatment capabilities including anodizing, chemical passivation, and electropolishing (E-polish) for anti-corrosion properties.
Dedicated downstream assembly workshops allow us to supply complete system kits and sub-assemblies directly to your manufacturing line.
Our manufactured metal parts are critical components in safety-sensitive global industries.
We produce certified components for gas safety detection devices, flame sensor bodies, fire detectors, and toxic gas sensor enclosures. Additionally, we manufacture hydrant pit box enclosure kits designed for hazardous environments.
XinYe provides high-precision components including turbine inlets, transmission parts, aviation fuel hydrant pit boxes, and hinge brackets. These components undergo testing for durability and fatigue life under aerodynamic stress.
We design and cast transmission components, structural brackets, and specialized lightweight E-bike parts, including connector sleeves, tubes, and brake levers, optimizing structural performance.
For sanitary applications, our stainless steel lost wax casting process delivers cream whippers, cooking stove burner crowns, and food processing valves. These parts feature fine surfaces that prevent bacterial buildup.
Equipped with advanced machinery and scalable working schedules to handle high-volume demands.
Our standard factory scheduling operates on a 16-hour daily rotation, 6 days a week. To support surges in order volumes, we are structured to scale to 24/7 continuous operations within 30 days. Furthermore, additional expansion land is available to support dedicated customer investments.

Operating under certified ISO 9001-2015 and SA8000 systems to ensure consistent production quality.
At Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works, quality is managed at every phase of production. Our control loops start with incoming material testing, continue through in-process dimension checks, and conclude with metallurgical evaluations of finished products.
We back our manufacturing outputs with material composition data, dimensional inspection logs, and physical test reports. This level of traceability is designed to meet the quality standards of industries such as healthcare and aerospace.
A step-by-step engineering cycle designed to translate concepts into production-ready assemblies.
We review your drawings and specifications, verify draft angles, determine material grade requirements, and outline initial production and tooling costs.
We build specialized tooling and run trial casts. Physical sample components undergo dimensional inspection and metallurgical analysis before delivery to the client.
We process physical feedback, testing reports, and performance measurements from client engineers, applying modifications to the tooling configurations as needed.
Upon sample approval, we launch full scale production. We apply in-process QC check points, trace alloy batches, and conduct final inspection protocols prior to custom export packaging.
Components are assembled, kitted, or packed into protective packaging. Standard orders carry a one-year manufacturing warranty from the date of cargo dispatch.
