Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a family business and until today is an owner-managed SME corporation. Over the past 28 years, we have transitioned from a localized workshop to a world-class manufacturing provider. XINYE corporation is located in Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, in reach within 3 hours from Shanghai international airport via the high-speed train network.
The company's total footprint spans 16,000 square meters of production floor, with another 11,000 square meters of high-tech construction currently in operation. Our workforce consists of 130 highly specialized employees, of which 80 run our core production lines and 50 are specialized professionals in product development, quality control, metrology, and global supply chain management.
We are able to offer in professional and competent qualification: CNC machining, Aluminum alloy forging, Wax die stainless casting, Extrusion, Stamping, and highly optimized surface finishes including Bright Dip Anodizing and E-polish Surface treatment. The XINYE team is committed to customer satisfaction offering a well-established technology competence portfolio with complete set of processing equipment for production and machining.
The scope of our competencies has been growing over time with the customer requirements but also with its own initiatives for continuous further development of the corporation. Besides the classical technologies in metal parts manufacturing today we are also able to offer well-established competencies in product development, engineering, industrialization of new product developments, quality engineering, and global supply chain management.

Bright dip anodizing is a specialized chemical process that increases the mirror-like properties of raw aluminum. Unlike standard mechanical polishing or basic sulfuric acid anodizing, bright dipping involves immersing raw or machined aluminum components into an acid bath consisting of highly concentrated phosphoric and nitric acid at elevated temperatures (typically 90°C to 105°C).
This acid formulation electro-chemically removes microscopic peaks on the aluminum's raw surface, creating an incredibly flat, reflective base. Following this micro-polishing step, the component is anodized to create a protective oxide barrier. The result is a glass-like finish that retains the natural metallic luster while providing superior protection against scratching, UV degradation, and chemical exposure.
The success of bright dip anodizing is highly dependent on the choice of material. High-purity alloys, particularly the 5000 and 6000 series (such as Alloy 6063 and Alloy 5052), provide the most vibrant and reflective finishes. During the chemical leveling phase, trace elements such as iron and silicon can cause cloudiness or "milky" spots. By maintaining strict control over raw material grain structure and impurity levels, our factories ensure optical clarity on all finished components.
Phosphoric and nitric acid solution dissolves surface micro-peaks, producing a highly reflective finish without leaving mechanical polishing patterns.
An electrolytic sulfuric acid process builds a clear layer of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) to lock in brightness and protect against wear.
The open pores of the newly formed oxide layer allow for deep color dye absorption, yielding metallic gold, blue, red, or jet black tones.
In contemporary manufacturing, product aesthetics are closely tied to perceived quality. Sectors such as high-end consumer electronics, electric vehicles (EV), architectural metalwork, and premium cosmetics rely heavily on bright dip anodized finishes to distinguish their designs from competitors.
For example, in the automotive sector, bright dipped aluminum serves as a lightweight and eco-friendly replacement for heavy, toxic chrome-plated steel. In architectural applications, it is utilized for reflective optical framing, decorative trim, and high-visibility brackets.
Common Localized Application Scenarios Include:
As environmental regulations become stricter, the anodizing industry is undergoing a significant transformation. Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works is adapting to this shift by implementing sustainable methodologies and advanced process control techniques.
Replacing traditional heavy metal dyes and nickel-based sealants with biodegradable, hot-water, and organic-acid alternatives to guarantee 100% compliance with European market entry rules.
Installing advanced acid recovery systems that recycle up to 92% of the phosphoric acid used in bright dip operations, lowering waste volume and raw material costs.
Developing ultra-thin, highly wear-resistant oxide coatings (5 to 10 microns) designed for high-frequency signal transmission housings and next-gen electronic enclosures.
Operating out of Ningbo's industrial cluster allows us to maintain a highly integrated manufacturing model. Our factory operates 16 hours a day over a 6-day week. If required for large production runs, we can transition to a 24/7 continuous schedule within 30 days.
By combining forging, casting, precision machining, and custom anodizing under one supply chain umbrella, we reduce transfer times and eliminate inter-facility logistics delays. Proximity to the Port of Ningbo, one of the world's busiest container hubs, provides direct access to international shipping routes, ensuring reliable delivery times.
Our facility features imported equipment, including precision Japanese-built CNC centers. This ensures consistent machining quality, which is critical for downstream electrochemical processes like bright dip anodizing.
