What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply, metal index values (LME base aluminum prices), and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us for further information.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity depending on the part geometry and forging press setup. For smaller stock requirements, please contact our website team directly for stock list options.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance (MTRs), ISO Certificates, SA8000 validation, raw material traceability records, custom clearance documentation, and Origin Declarations.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times become effective once we receive your deposit and final engineering approval for your drawings.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment directly to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship for 1 year from the delivery date. Our core commitment is to your total satisfaction. Whether in warranty or not, our company culture prioritizes resolving all customer technical issues efficiently.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high-quality heavy-duty export packaging (ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets, anti-corrosive VCI plastic wraps, and robust moisture-proof inner crates). Specialty packaging or non-standard requirements may incur an additional fee.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the method you choose to receive the goods. Express is quickest but most expensive. Sea freight is the best solution for high-volume cargo. Precise freight rates can only be calculated once we know weight, volume, and final delivery address.

How does anodizing layer thickness affect bolt thread tolerances?

Anodizing creates a surface layer that grows both outwards and inwards by 50% of its total thickness. A 10μm anodized coating increases the overall diameter of an external bolt thread by roughly 20μm. To compensate, our CNC machines cut the thread slightly undersized before anodizing so that the final product sits perfectly within standard metric or unified class fit specifications.

Which aluminum alloys are ideal for high-tensile anodized bolts?

For high-tensile performance, we utilize 7075-T6 or 6061-T6 aluminum alloys. 7075-T6 offers outstanding tensile strength comparable to structural steel, whereas 6061-T6 provides exceptional corrosion resistance and a more uniform surface appearance after Sulfuric Acid Type II anodizing.
