Establishing Global Standards in Precision Aluminum Extrusion, Metal Forging, and Advanced Surface Treatments Since 1996.
Founded as a family-managed engineering enterprise, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. has developed into a leading Chinese SME specializing in customized metal production and metallurgical processing. Operating from our highly integrated, 16,000 square meter modern manufacturing footprint (with an additional 11,000 square meters of facilities under development), we offer specialized, end-to-end design, tooling, production, and verification services for international clients.
We deploy a professional workforce of 130 dedicated personnel, of which 80 run our high-capacity production lines, and 50 are deployed directly in product research, advanced engineering, ISO-compliant quality control, and executive operations. Our engineering core specializes in CNC machining, aluminum hot forging, lost wax investment casting, precision stamping, custom aluminum extrusion profiles, and advanced protective surface treatments including custom color anodizing and electrochemical polishing.
Aluminum extrusion is a foundational driver for modern industrial weight reduction, structural resilience, and sustainable electrification strategies globally.
Global heavy industries, particularly in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, are implementing carbon reduction targets. The high strength-to-weight ratio of customized aluminum alloys makes them critical in structural engineering. By utilizing extruded profiles, sectors such as electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing, high-speed rail transit, solar infrastructure, and building envelope design reduce their net emissions while ensuring structural integrity.
Today's procurement strategies demand manufacturers to offer more than raw profiles. Modern systems require integrated processing capabilities. By combining extrusion processes with multi-axis CNC machining, structural stamping, and certified surface treatments, XinYe reduces assembly times, supply chain links, and dimensional defects for global OEMs.
The rise of high-capacity energy storage systems (BESS), solar PV inverters, and high-performance computing has created unprecedented thermal management demands. Extruded aluminum heat sinks with custom geometries provide optimized heat dissipation pathways. XinYe collaborates with global engineering firms to prototype and mass-produce multi-stage cooling components that maintain stability in extreme industrial environments.
XinYe works with specialized metallurgical partners to develop high-performance aluminum extrusions. By adjusting elements like Silicon, Magnesium, and Manganese, we customize the grain structure of 6000 and 7000-series alloys. This results in profiles that offer high yield strength, ductile crash-management capabilities for EVs, and clean surface finishes for architectural applications.
We are upgrading our machining lines to include automated multi-axis CNC centers with robotic loading. This integration allows us to drill, mill, tap, and cut extruded profiles in a single setup, minimizing human error and keeping geometric tolerances within ±0.01mm for high-precision components.
Aligned with global net-zero goals, our long-term roadmap focuses on incorporating post-industrial recycled scrap into our supply chain. This approach helps lower the carbon footprint of our processes while maintaining the mechanical properties and purity required for high-stress applications.
XinYe is located in the Jiangbei Industrial District of Ningbo, within a 3-hour high-speed rail connection to Shanghai International Airport. Our close proximity to Ningbo-Zhoushan Port—one of the world's busiest container hubs—allows us to offer flexible, cost-efficient shipping options, including sea, air, and multimodal logistics directly to European and North American destinations.
We operate in a highly developed industrial metal cluster. This ecosystem guarantees a stable supply of raw materials, including high-purity aluminum ingots, custom billet materials, and chemical surface treatments. By managing tooling production, extrusion, CNC machining, stamping, and quality inspection internally, we minimize reliance on external suppliers and protect project timelines from market disruptions.
Designed for European automotive standards (such as EN 755 and EN 12020), our lightweight 6000-series alloy structural parts are optimized for chassis components, electric bike frames, and transmission systems. By utilizing advanced extrusion and hot forging, we supply European OEMs with components that help reduce vehicle weight and improve fuel efficiency.
We supply North American industrial clients with high-durability extruded mounts, solar panel tracking rails, and fire safety sensor housings. These components are treated with outdoor-grade anodization to prevent corrosion and damage from UV exposure, ensuring long-term performance in extreme weather conditions.
For the rapidly expanding electronics and robotics markets in Asia, we manufacture precision-machined aluminum casings, pneumatic cylinders, and linear guide systems. These parts feature tight tolerances and smooth surface finishes to support reliable performance in high-speed, automated production lines.
XinYe provides a comprehensive suite of metal forming and machining services, allowing us to support projects from initial concept development to final assembly:
Quality is our foundation. We maintain complete material traceability and implement multi-stage dimensional verification from raw material arrival to final shipping.
Performs chemical composition analysis to verify that incoming billets and ingots meet international material standards.
3D coordinate measuring system used to verify complex geometries and maintain tight tolerances.
Non-contact optical inspection system used for rapid, high-precision evaluation of 2D profile measurements.
Measures surface roughness to ensure components meet functional and cosmetic surface requirements.
We maintain an advanced production line of high-capacity machines to support complex and high-volume metal fabrication projects:
Our standard operations run 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. To support urgent, high-volume projects, we can transition to continuous 24/7 operations within 30 days. We also maintain adjacent land to accommodate future capacity expansions.
Forged alloy components designed to operate under high loads in heavy machinery systems.

Our engineering team reviews your 2D and 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES, DWG) to verify critical dimensions, choose the right alloys, and check for DFM (Design for Manufacturability) opportunities. We then prepare a detailed production quotation covering materials, tooling, processing, and logistics.
Once raw materials are received, we produce functional prototype samples. These samples undergo coordinate measurement and material property verification to ensure they meet your performance specifications before starting mass production.
We provide full dimensional measurement reports and material certificates for your review. Mass production begins only after receiving your formal approval of the prototype samples.
During mass production, we perform regular dimensional and surface quality checks. Our QC team maintains full batch traceability and monitors parameters throughout the extrusion, forging, machining, and finishing stages.
We pack your orders using custom export packaging to prevent transit damage. All products are backed by a one-year warranty, and our engineering team is available to assist with any technical or assembly integration needs.
We believe that long-term manufacturing partnerships are built on transparency, reliability, and social responsibility. Our operations are governed by three core commitments:
