Clients share custom drawings (2D/3D in CAD, STEP, or IGES formats), specify critical tolerances, surface requirements, and mechanical parameters. Our engineering team reviews the geometry to confirm manufacturing feasibility.

Our team calculates the raw material volumes, thermal cycles, and machining processes. We then build prototypes and run initial test forgings. A full dimensional inspection report and material certificate are provided for customer approval before starting mass production.

Following sample approval, we release the project for bulk manufacturing. The alloy is hot-forged, precision-machined, and treated for the specified surface finish (e.g., anodized, passivated, or polished) with in-process inspections at key stages.

Finished components are packed using custom crates to protect surfaces during shipping. We handle export documentation, certificates of conformance, and custom requirements. All components come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
