Advanced engineering manufacturing & lost wax investment casting solutions
A Legacy of Excellence: Manufacturing Superior Metal Assemblies Since 1996
Founded in 1996 as an owner-managed SME corporation, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. has evolved from a specialized family business into a leading B2B supplier of advanced metal components. Situated inside the highly integrated Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility is within a 3-hour high-speed train connection from Shanghai International Airport, linking us to global shipping routes.
Spanning 16,000 square meters of production floor space and an additional 11,000 square meters of constructed facilities, our plant is scaled for high-volume serial production. Our team consists of 130 highly specialized employees: 80 dedicated production operators and 50 experts across product development, engineering, quality control, and management.
We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive manufacturing integration. From investment lost wax casting of stainless steel to hot forging of aluminum alloys, custom stampings, 4-axis CNC machining, and complex surface finishes like anodizing and electropolishing, we provide single-source structural accountability.
Modern engineering relies heavily on investment casting (lost wax casting) to achieve high dimensional accuracy, excellent surface finish, and complex geometries that are otherwise unachievable through standard machining or forging. As a premier OEM Wax Casting Metal Manufacturers & Factory, XinYe Metals integrates technological advancements with traditional craftsmanship to deliver superior structural components.
Unlike sand casting, the lost wax process utilizes a disposable pattern—typically made of specialized industrial wax. This wax pattern is coated with high-grade refractory slurry to construct a shell. Once cured, the wax is heated and evacuated, leaving a precise cavity. Molten metal (including carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty copper alloys) is then gravity-poured into the preheated shell.
This process minimizes post-processing machining, holds tolerances of ISO 8062-3 DCTG6, and generates surface roughness (Ra) values within 3.2 micrometers. For safety-critical industrial applications like gas detection enclosures, turbine inlets, and hydrant pit boxes, investment casting ensures zero internal gas porosity and high mechanical integrity.
The global metal casting industry is shifting toward digitization and carbon footprint mitigation. At XinYe, we adapt to these trends via three strategic fronts:
Modern OEMs seek to consolidate assemblies to reduce weight, assembly time, and inventory costs. XinYe Metals acts as a solutions provider by redesigning multi-part weldments into single-piece investment castings. For instance, in transmission parts and aerospace hinge brackets, converting to single-piece cast assemblies improves mechanical performance and fatigue resistance under high cyclical loads.
Precision execution utilizing imported machinery and high-tonnage forming lines
Friction press machines with capacity from 300 to 1,000 tons. Column hydraulic machines up to 630 tons. Capable of processing high-density aluminum alloy components with uniform microstructure.
Equipped with Japanese CNC centers featuring 4-axis control, high precision turning, and milling systems. Achieve strict dimensional tolerances of ±0.005mm.
CMM machines, GNR optical spectrometers, video measuring, surface roughness meters, and tensile strength testers guarantee 100% material compliance.
Traceable, documented quality inspection ensuring compliance with international regulations
Quality is the foundation of our company. Together with our global client network, we have implemented an ERP-tracked quality control system. From incoming alloy verification to final dimensions, every processing step is logged and traceable.
XinYe maintains active ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 certifications, meeting strict requirements for management quality and social accountability. Continuous training programs keep our technicians current on advanced metrology and quality standards.
Fostering collaborative growth, accountability, and high-performance engineering
Our workforce operates under the core values of Trust, Responsibility, and Professionalism. By aligning our organizational structure with international SA8000 requirements, we maintain healthy working environments, ensuring reliable operations and lower employee turnover.
Our facility operates 16 hours a day, 6 days a week, and can scale to a 24/7 production schedule within 30 days. This operational flexibility allows us to absorb demand fluctuations and meet delivery timelines for major OEM projects.

Answering common technical questions about sourcing investment castings and custom forgings
Pricing is based on material choice, tooling design (single-cavity vs. multi-cavity), dimensional tolerances, processing steps (heat treatment, secondary CNC machining, and surface finishes), and overall order volume. We provide transparent, itemized quotes factoring in material usage, machining times, and testing protocols.
Our on-site testing lab utilizes an Italian GNR Spectrum Analyzer to verify every heat batch of molten metal before pouring. We provide complete material certification (EN 10204 3.1) showing detailed chemical compositions and mechanical properties to ensure project requirements are met.
Wax injection mold fabrication and prototype samples generally take 7 days. Once the client approves the initial samples, mass production runs are completed within 20 to 30 days, depending on geometry, processing steps, and total quantities.
Our product development team reviews client models to see if multi-component weldments can be consolidated into a single investment casting. This reduces overall weight, removes weld-fatigue zones, eliminates downstream assembly steps, and lowers production costs.
We offer a one-year warranty on all structural components, starting from the delivery date. In the event of a dimensional or material discrepancy, our quality team conducts a complete root-cause analysis (8D Report) to provide replacement parts or corrective actions.
We support FOB Ningbo, CIF destination ports, and DDP delivery options. Since our factory is located near the Port of Ningbo, we coordinate directly with sea freight lines and export agents, using custom export packaging to ensure components arrive safely.
