What are your prices?
Our pricing is calculated based on raw material costs, processing requirements, tool design, packaging specifications, and order volumes. Prices may adjust in response to changes in material markets. Please contact our team with your engineering drawings for a detailed quotation.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we apply minimum order quantities for international orders to ensure manufacturing efficiency. If your company requires smaller quantities, please contact our team to discuss potential production schedule options.
Can you supply the relevant engineering and export documentation?
Yes, we provide quality control documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, material certificates, dimensional reports, surface finish checks, insurance papers, certificates of origin, and other necessary export documents.
What is the average lead time?
For prototype samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production runs, the average lead time is 20 to 30 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times are calculated from the point when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) you provide final sign-off for your products. We work with clients to accommodate tight schedules whenever possible.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfers (T/T), Western Union, and PayPal. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit in advance, with the 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
What is the product warranty?
We warranty our materials and workmanship. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we offer a one-year warranty starting from the date of the delivery note. Our quality department works directly with customers to resolve any issues.
Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we use reinforced export packaging, including heavy-duty crates, moisture-barrier wrapping, and specialized palletization. Non-standard or custom packaging requests can be accommodated upon request.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees depend on the chosen transport method. Ocean freight is generally the most cost-effective option for bulk orders, while air freight or express delivery is suitable for urgent components and prototype runs. We can provide shipping quotes once order volume, weight, and destination are confirmed.
