Strategic Engineering Workflow

A step-by-step overview of our engineering process, from initial design review to mass production and logistics.

1. Design Consultation & Estimation

Our engineering team analyzes your drawings, material specifications, and tolerance limits. We run simulations to identify potential stress points and recommend changes to lower forging tool costs and optimize machining time.

2. Tooling Design & Sampling

We design and machine custom forging dies or stamping tools in-house. A test run is performed to verify tool dimensions, and initial samples are sent to the client alongside full dimension and material test reports.

3. Sample Approval & Setup

We review customer feedback on initial samples. Once approved, the manufacturing setup is documented in our ERP system, defining machine variables and testing requirements for bulk production.

4. Mass Production & Quality Gates

Forging presses, CNC cells, and finishing stations are configured for the production run. Quality control checkpoints are established throughout the line, and physical parts are verified using spectral, visual, and coordinate measurement tools.

5. Assembly, Packaging, & Shipping

For multi-component orders, we handle assembly work in our dedicated workshop. Completed parts are packed in seaworthy export-grade crates to protect them during transit. All shipments include traceable testing documentation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to common questions about our metal fabrication, lead times, quality processes, and logistics.

What elements influence your component pricing?
Our pricing varies based on raw material costs, the complexity of the part, the type of tooling required, and the order volume. When you submit a request with 2D/3D drawings and material specifications, we provide a detailed quotation breakdown.
What is your standard minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
To maintain process efficiency, we require a minimum order volume for production runs. This MOQ is set based on the specific material and manufacturing process required for your parts. Please contact our team to discuss your project requirements.
What quality and material documentation do you supply?
We supply full traceability documentation with every shipment, including material chemistry certificates, heat code sheets, dimensional CMM inspection records, and surface treatment reports.
What is your typical production and sampling lead time?
Sample production usually takes 7 to 10 days, depending on tooling complexity. Mass production runs generally require 20 to 30 days after sample approval and receipt of the deposit. We work to accommodate tight deadlines whenever possible.
What payment terms do you support?
We typically work on a T/T basis: a 30% deposit to initiate the order, with the remaining 70% balance paid upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Alternative terms can be discussed during account onboarding.
What guarantees do you offer on material quality and workmanship?
We back all shipments with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. We work closely with our partners to resolve any quality or tolerance issues to their satisfaction.
How do you protect components during international transit?
Parts are packed in heavy-duty export crates, with rust-preventative coatings or VCI plastic wraps applied to raw steel and iron components. We use customized packaging setups for fragile or highly finished parts.
