What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We require ongoing minimum order quantities for international orders. While our production lines are optimized for medium to high-volume manufacturing runs, we can discuss custom requirements for prototype development or product launches.

Our average lead time for prototype samples is 7 days. For mass production runs, delivery takes 20 to 30 days after design approval and deposit receipt. We work with clients to meet urgent project deadlines whenever possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfer (T/T), Western Union, and PayPal. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

What warranty do you provide on manufactured parts?

We warrant our materials and manufacturing workmanship for one year from delivery. If any issues arise, we work to address and resolve them to our customer's satisfaction.
