Explore our custom manufacturing solutions and key metal stamping capabilities.
Analyzing market forces, technical demands, and procurement strategies in the era of Industry 4.0.
In modern industrial manufacturing, metal stamping and custom metal fabrication serve as the foundational bedrock for sectors ranging from automotive and aerospace to telecommunications and medical technology. As global supply chains undergo rapid structural changes due to geopolitical dynamics and fluctuating shipping costs, procurement professionals are shifting their focus from "lowest nominal unit cost" to Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and supply chain resilience.
The global metal stamping market size is projected to reach USD 300+ billion by 2030, driven by the structural demand for lightweight materials in electric vehicles (EVs) and high-density, miniature components in telecommunications. Several key trends define the current global market:
Modern procurement demands a dual sourcing strategy. While absolute reshoring to North America or Europe provides geographic proximity, it often incurs severe cost premiums and labor shortages. Conversely, partnering with highly integrated Chinese manufacturers who have modernized their infrastructure offers the optimal balance of engineering expertise, raw material access, and rapid prototyping capabilities.
Owner-Managed SME Delivering Engineering Excellence Since 1996
Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a dedicated family enterprise. Over nearly three decades of organic expansion, it has matured into a highly specialized SME corporation. Strategically located within the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility is within a convenient 3-hour high-speed train connection from Shanghai International Airport, granting effortless logistics connectivity for international business partners.
Our operations span a total facility footprint of 16,000 square meters of specialized production floor, complemented by an additional 11,000 square meters of ongoing civil construction to accommodate future machine expansions. The company is built on a solid staff structure of 130 highly trained professionals, comprising 80 specialized production personnel and 50 experts dedicated to product research and development, quality assurance, tooling design, and operational management.
How local integration, automated cells, and raw material access translate into global cost competitiveness.
By keeping raw materials, custom tooling design, heat treatment, and surface finishing within a single industrial cluster, we eliminate logistics transit lag and minimize international lead times.
Our standard production operates 16 hours a day across 6 days. Due to structured capacity mapping, we can pivot into a continuous 24/7 production pattern within 30 days to meet seasonal order spikes.
Equipped with over 20 proprietary utility model patents, our in-house engineering team continuously refines tooling geometries to reduce scrap rates by up to 15% compared to standard suppliers.

Bridging different manufacturing disciplines to offer one-stop system assembly.
Rather than acting as a simple sheet metal puncher, XinYe provides a complete system of metallurgical and mechanical production methods. We analyze product designs to suggest the optimal manufacturing routing—whether it requires stamping, forging, casting, or final precision CNC machining.
Utilizing high-speed progressive presses from 5 tons to 250 tons, we handle thin-gauge steel, aluminum, copper, and specialized plastics. Our deep drawing lines support extreme height-to-diameter aspect ratios for hermetic casings and deep industrial enclosures.
Leveraging friction press equipment with force ranges from 300 to 1000 tons, along with column hydraulic presses from 100 to 630 tons. Hot forging yields superior grain flow, eliminating internal voids and maximizing fatigue life for critical aerospace and automotive transmission parts.
Equipped with high-precision 4-axis Japanese imports and advanced CNC milling and turning centers. We hold strict dimensional tolerances down to ±0.001mm, allowing post-machining on forged, cast, or stamped parts for precision fits.
Providing precision investment casting for complex, organic components that cannot be stamped or forged. Supports a wide range of stainless steel grades, delivering thin-walled, geometrically complex components.
Comprehensive in-house finishing lines, including anodizing (clear and color), electro-polishing, passivation, sandblasting, and powder coating, ensuring compliance with salt spray resistance requirements.
Every component is traceable back to its raw material heat lot. ISO 9001:2015 & SA8000 Certified.
At XinYe, quality is not merely checked at final inspection; it is integrated into every stage of our production process. From the chemical composition analysis of raw steel and aluminum coils to post-machining surface scans, we use highly accurate testing equipment to ensure adherence to customer blueprints.
Our dedicated internal quality department employs advanced dimensional measurement and material science tools to maintain a zero-defect standard. We provide complete documentation packages for international shipments, including material certificates, dimensional inspection layouts, and certificates of conformance.
Conducts rapid chemical composition checks to verify alloy grades (Aluminum, Stainless, Copper) before production runs.
Coordinate Measuring Machine offering highly accurate 3D dimensional validation of complex machined and forged geometries.
Automated optical coordinate system measuring critical micro-tolerances for high-volume stamped parts.
Evaluates mechanical properties, material elasticity limits, and spring force dynamics under high stress.
Take a virtual tour of our production facilities, CNC machinery, and assembly floor.
We provide full-service component integration, eliminating the need to coordinate with multiple downstream subcontractors. Our spacious, dust-controlled assembly floor is equipped to handle complex manual and semi-automated mechanical assemblies, mechanical hardware insertions, wire harness connections, and custom packaging. This guarantees that your parts arrive pre-assembled and ready for final system integration.

From preliminary drawing review to dynamic after-sales validation.
Customers submit their preliminary engineering drawings (STEP/IGS/DWG format). Our R&D and engineering teams review the design to ensure metal formability, optimal material utilization, and tooling suitability.
We source raw materials matching the target chemistry specifications. Custom sample tooling is machined to produce dynamic samples. These samples undergo coordinate measurement and material composition verification, and the corresponding reports are sent to the client.
The client tests the sample parts in their actual application. Based on real-world fit, function, and clearance requirements, dimensional adjustments are integrated into the final production tooling model.
Upon final prototype approval, mass production is initiated. We employ progressive quality gates throughout stamping, hot forging, or machining operations to maintain batch-to-batch consistency.
Parts are packaged using rust-preventative coatings, barrier foils, and shock-resistant custom crates. We offer a one-year manufacturing warranty from the date of receipt, providing ongoing engineering support for all client orders.
