State-of-the-Art Machining & Advanced Tooling

Precision starts with advanced tooling. We utilize Japan-imported manufacturing equipment alongside specialized CNC centers to achieve high-precision tolerances.

CNC Machining Capabilities

Equipped with 4-axis control centers and CNC lathes, we offer precision down to 0.001mm tolerance. This ensures castings undergo subsequent machining to meet dynamic sealing interfaces and close-tolerance fitments.

CNC Machining Center

Aluminum Hot Forging Lines

For aerospace components requiring optimized grain alignment and enhanced mechanical performance, our heavy-duty hot forging machines generate raw shapes. These shapes are subsequent processed under precise thermal gradients to maximize tensile properties.

Aluminum Hot Forging Machine

Precision Turn-Mill Center (TIPAS MACHINE h65TMY)

To further scale precision output, we have integrated advanced turn-mill equipment capable of continuous high-volume cycles. This setup handles intricate geometry components while maintaining surface finishes without secondary polishing operations.

The integrated sub-spindle system allows automated face-turning and cross-drilling in a single setting, reducing setup error and improving structural part consistency.

Quality Control, E-E-A-T and Advanced Metallurgy

Quality is the foundation of our operations. XinYe holds ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 certifications, signifying strict adherence to international standard protocols, ethical labor metrics, and product uniformity.

Quality Control Lab

Source Control & Comprehensive QA Protocols

Raw Material Inspection: We verify all material batches using chemical composition analyzers before melt cycles to guarantee traceability and compliance with ASTM/DIN criteria.

In-Process Inspections: Temperature profiles, mold humidity, and dew points are controlled during wax fabrication and investment shell building to prevent dimensional defects.

Dimensional Verification: Post-machining parts are checked via coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and video measurement systems to ensure drawings tolerance ranges are met.

Testing Reports: We generate and supply inspection records, including spectrometer readings, hardness reports, non-destructive testing reports (MPI, UT), and dimensional mapping.

Our Structured Production Process

From dynamic digital configuration to final shipment clearance, our process is optimized for traceabilty and quality compliance.

Order Placement

1. Design Requirements & Order Placement

Clients supply 2D engineering drawings (PDF, DWG) and 3D files (STEP, IGES). Our engineering team performs a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) assessment, analyzing wall thicknesses, draft angles, and cooling shrink factors to optimize parts for casting geometry.

Sample Production 1
Sample Production 2 Sample Production 3

2. Tooling Fabrication & Sample Validation

Upon design validation, we build wax molds. Samples are poured using requested alloys. The parts undergo full dimensional inspection, chemistry analysis, and physical properties verification. We compile a sample validation pack including material data sheets.

Feedback Loop Feedback Verification

3. Customer Sample Evaluation

Samples are dispatched to the customer for onsite assembly checks and mechanical testing. We collect the verification feedback, document engineering modifications, and establish the quality baseline before launching production runs.

Bulk Production

4. Bulk Manufacturing & Quality Control

With sample sign-off, we initiate casting runs. Automated shell molds are built, dewaxed, fired, and poured. Post-casting operations include gate removal, sandblasting, heat treatment, precise CNC machining, and surface finishes like anodizing or E-polishing.

Assembly Shop Dedicated Assembly Workshop

5. Final Assembly, Protection Packaging & Logistics

Finished components undergo structural assembly in our dedicated, dust-free workshop when sub-assembly is required. We apply anti-oxidation protection coatings, pack parts in custom wooden crates or shock-absorbing materials, and manage export documentation.

Our Team & Corporate Culture

Our organization is built on trust, engineering expertise, and quality commitment. We believe in taking precise action to offer comprehensive design solutions that align with our customers’ operational schedules.

Our workforce receives training programs to stay aligned with the latest alloy standards, ISO 9001 guidelines, and precision manufacturing methods. Our engineering team brings experience to help solve structural casting challenges.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Find answers to common questions about our lost wax investment casting processes and OEM support.

Q1: What are your pricing models for casting parts?

Our pricing is calculated based on raw material costs, part volume, design complexity, post-processing requirements, and order volume. Contact us with your 2D/3D drawings for a detailed quotation.

Q2: What is the typical lead time for prototype samples and bulk production?

Prototype tooling and sample validation takes approximately 7 days, depending on geometry. Mass production runs require 20 to 30 days after drawing sign-off and receipt of the deposit.

Q3: Can you supply raw material testing and chemical verification documents?

Yes, we provide quality documentation with each shipment, including chemical composition sheets, mechanical test reports, heat treatment logs, and dimensional verification reports.

Q4: What payment terms does XinYe accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C, Western Union, and PayPal. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Q5: How do you guarantee parts are not damaged during ocean transport?

We utilize seaworthy, high-density wooden cases with internal vapor-corrosion inhibitors (VCI) to protect carbon and alloy steels from moisture. Delicate machining surfaces are packed in individual thermoformed trays.

Q6: Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, we establish MOQs for international orders based on tooling setup charges and melt batch sizes. If your application calls for smaller test quantities, please contact our engineering desk to discuss options.

Q7: What is the warranty coverage on your parts?

We offer a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects, material composition issues, and dimensional tolerances, beginning from the shipping dispatch date.
