Explore CapabilitiesEstablished in 1996 as an owner-managed SME, XinYe Metal Works has evolved from a family-run workshop into a global powerhouse for custom precision metal parts manufacturing. Located strategically in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility sits within a highly optimized metallurgical logistics corridor—just 3 hours from Shanghai International Airport via high-speed transit, facilitating efficient international operations.
Our expansive production footprint covers 16,000 square meters of high-density production floors, backed by an additional 11,000 square meters for construction and future phase expansion. Today, we sustain a dedicated workforce of 130 highly specialized employees. This includes 80 frontline operators and 50 engineers, product developers, QA inspectors, and project managers. Our organizational layout ensures that technical expertise is built into every phase of your order.
Hot stamping (also known as press hardening) of steel requires a delicate convergence of advanced metallurgy, heat-cycle control, and precision tool design. Selecting Ningbo XinYe Metal Works as your primary OEM factory delivers critical supply chain advantages:
Our custom die designs incorporate internal cooling channels for rapid die quenching. This transforms boron steel (e.g., 22MnB5) from a ductile state at 900°C to fully martensitic, achieving tensile strengths up to 1500 MPa.
Operating in Ningbo puts us adjacent to major global steel suppliers and raw material processors. We source premium-grade raw materials directly, minimizing logistics and processing markups to pass savings on to you.
Hot stamping can cause surface oxidation and decarburization. We mitigate this through post-process treatments, including chemical descaling, E-polishing, and electro-coating, delivering parts ready for final assembly.
Furthermore, our operation's agility is unmatched. Standard factory shifts run 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. When market demand peaks, we can scale to full 24/7 continuous production within 30 days. Backed by local government land reserves, we are prepared to build dedicated production cells or purchase specialized equipment to support long-term contracts.
The global demand for high-strength, lightweight steel components is accelerating. Driven by automotive weight reduction targets and structural safety regulations, hot stamping steel remains the leading solution for high-performance engineering.

Our custom-engineered hot stamping steel parts are designed to excel under challenging operating environments, serving a variety of key global markets:
Our ultra-high-strength steel stampings are key to passenger cabin safety, including B-pillar reinforcements, roof rail panels, door ring assemblies, bumper crossmembers, and high-performance components for standard and electric bicycles (such as heavy-duty connectors, structural tubes, and levers).
We manufacture robust safety housings and explosion-proof detection systems, including fire and gas safety enclosures, flame sensors, toxic gas detectors, and specialized underground hydrant pit box enclosure kits designed for severe environments.
Our precision processes support key aerospace requirements, producing engine turbine inlet assemblies, transmission gears, high-pressure line fittings, and customized wear plates that withstand high temperatures and shear forces.
We produce certified, food-safe consumer components, manufacturing specialized high-pressure cream whippers, tabletop cooking stove burner rings, and deep-drawn stainless steel reservoirs that satisfy stringent sanitary requirements.
Our multi-disciplinary facility operates high-tonnage forming lines, precision CNC milling centers, and specialized post-processing stations. This configuration allows us to manage manufacturing in-house, ensuring robust quality control.
Our setup features heavy mechanical presses to handle a wide range of component sizes:
• Friction press machines: 300 to 1,000 Tons.
• Column hydraulic presses: 100 to 630 Tons.
• Punching press systems: 5 to 250 Tons.
To refine functional surfaces and complete features on forged or deep-drawn components, we utilize:
• 4-Axis CNC machining centers.
• High-speed CNC lathes and turning centers.
• Custom CNC milling stations.
Our internal inspection department employs advanced testing systems:
• 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• GNR Spectrum Analyzers for material grades.
• Video measuring and surface roughness systems.
Ningbo Xinye Corporate Production Overview
Automated TIPAS MACHINE h65TMY operation
At XinYe, quality control is a core principle rather than just a final checklist. We run a comprehensive testing system from raw material inspection through to final packaging. Our processes are backed by ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 certifications, ensuring both consistent output quality and compliant labor standards.
To verify that all dimensional and metallurgical properties meet design specifications, our testing lab uses the following key equipment:
Our engineering team focuses on continuous process improvement. With 130 employees—including 50 specialized engineering, R&D, and quality control staff—we hold over 20 technical design and utility patents, helping us resolve production challenges effectively.
Our engineers are trained in modern CAD/CAM modeling, finite element analysis (FEA) for metal forming, and structured failure analysis (PFMEA) to optimize production from day one.
We are committed to clear and open operations. We work to establish reliable long-term partnerships through transparent project updates, robust materials trace logs, and consistent support.

From print to production, our team follows a structured protocol to verify engineering specs, control costs, and deliver consistent quality.
Customers submit detailed CAD files (STEP, IGES, or DWG format) and design specifications. Our engineering team reviews the geometry to confirm manufacturing feasibility, assess tooling requirements, and complete cost estimates.
Upon quote approval, we proceed with design and tooling fabrication for initial samples. Using targeted tool designs, we form pilot samples, verify dimensions against tolerances, and deliver test parts with complete material and inspection certificates.
We submit samples for customer validation. Once approved, our quality engineers complete control plans, design necessary checking fixtures, and set up inspection protocols for the upcoming production run.
With quality plans in place, we start series production on our high-tonnage forming lines. Quality checks run at scheduled intervals during the run, monitoring tooling wear and verifying dimensional consistency.
Finished components go through final inspection, including visual, dimensional, and finish checks. Parts are then packed in protective materials to prevent corrosion or transit damage, ready for international shipment.
