You can make payments directly to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal. Our standard terms are: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance settled against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

We warranty our materials and workmanship for a default period of one year starting from the delivery note date. Whether under warranty or not, it is our corporate culture to address and resolve all customer issues to mutual satisfaction.
Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?+
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. We use specialized packing for dangerous goods and validated cold-storage wrappers for temperature-sensitive items. Non-standard packaging requirements may incur an additional charge.
How about the shipping fees?+
Shipping costs depend on the delivery terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) and transit mode. Express is the quickest but most expensive option. Ocean freight is the optimal solution for volume shipments. We can provide exact freight rates once shipment weight and destination details are finalized.
Can cast aluminum components be hard anodized to the same quality as forgings?+
Yes, but it requires specialized control. Wrought alloys (like 6061-T6 or 7075-T6) anodize beautifully because of their low silicon content. Cast alloys containing high silicon (like A380 or ADC12) inhibit oxide growth. We adjust voltage parameters, bath temperatures, and utilize pulse rectifiers to build hard oxide layers on cast components.
