Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a family business and until today is an owner-managed SME corporation. XINYE corporation is located in Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, in reach within 3 hours from Shanghai international airport via the high speed train network. The company’s total area is 16,000 square meters of production floor, another 11,000 square meters are construction. Total staff is 130 employees, of which 80 production staff and 50 are in product development, engineering, quality and supporting areas including management.

We are able to offer in professional and competent qualification: CNC machining, Aluminum alloy forging, Wax die stainless casting, Extrusion and Stamping and Anodizing and E-polish Surface treatment. What materials can you process in your hot forging operations?

We process a wide range of materials, including copper, brass, structural steels, high-alloy stainless steels, and aerospace-grade aluminum alloys. All incoming raw material batches undergo chemical inspection via our GNR Spectrum Analyzer before entering production.

What are your target pricing models?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us for further information.

Do you require a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check out our website for smaller custom packages.

Can you supply the relevant engineering documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

What is the average production lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times become effective when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products.

What is the standard product warranty?
