Explore our core custom industrial manufacturing and precision-engineered profiles components
Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a family business and until today is an owner-managed SME corporation. Strategically located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, the company sits at the heart of one of the world's most robust manufacturing clusters, within a convenient 3-hour journey from Shanghai International Airport via the high-speed train network.
Over the past three decades, we have continuously scaled our industrial operations to meet the stringent specifications of global enterprise partners. Today, our advanced facility spans 16,000 square meters of production floor, with an additional 11,000 square meters of construction area primed for future expansion.
Supported by a dedicated workforce of 130 industry professionals, including 80 highly skilled production operators and 50 specialists in product development, quality control, logistics, and management, XinYe delivers unmatched manufacturing agility.
Understanding supply chain integration, technological transition, and quality performance in the global metal marketplace
In modern industrial sourcing, the selection of an OEM Extrusion Profiles Factory is no longer purely about finding the lowest unit cost. Instead, global procurers must evaluate comprehensive manufacturing integrity—ranging from raw billet chemical optimization to advanced downstream processing like 5-axis CNC machining, structural surface engineering, and end-to-end supply chain reliability.
Ningbo is historically and modernly recognized as a world-class center for precision engineering. The geographical proximity of our plant to Ningbo Port—one of the largest deep-water ports globally—enables direct shipping and minimizes transit times. Beyond logistics, local raw materials supply chains allow us to source high-grade alloys (such as 6000-series structural aluminum, copper alloys, and high-performance steels) at rapid notice, accompanied by certified spectroscopic breakdowns from the ingot stage.
Most traditional aluminum profile extruders only offer simple linear extrusion profiles. When a customer requires complex milling, heat treatments, surface anodization, or structural sub-assembly, the profile must travel to multiple sub-contractors. This fragments quality responsibility.
At XinYe, we mitigate this by providing a unified workflow: Extrusions, Hot Forging, Stamping, High-Precision CNC Machining, and Surface Treatment are handled under one roof, maintaining a singular chain of custody and traceability.
As global industries commit to decarbonization, the aluminum extrusion sector is pivoting toward optimized alloy designs that incorporate structural strength with lightweight construction. Our engineering team assists customers in matching the perfect temper (e.g., T4, T5, T6, T651) to structural designs, ensuring optimal tensile strength, mechanical durability, and minimal environmental impact.

ISO 9001-2015 and SA8000 certified system securing structural precision and structural compliance
At Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe, Quality is Life. We recognize that industrial failure is not an option. That is why our quality framework spans from structural spectral testing of raw ingots to multi-stage in-process dimension scans, concluding with systematic final functional verification.
Our internal testing lab is outfitted with advanced measurement instrumentation. These specialized equipment setups allow us to supply complete verification packages (including material chemical maps, dimension reports, and compliance certificates) with every single delivery.
Verifies chemical composition map of incoming alloys to ensure profile conformity.
Three-dimensional coordinate mapping for validating complex physical shapes.
High-magnification optical dimension measurement for thin-wall precision tolerances.
Tests surface texture Ra values post-finish to ensure consistent surface characteristics.
Evaluates mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield) of finished extrusions.
Xinye employs a collaborative team of 130 experts. Within this, 50 engineers are dedicated to product design engineering, quality validation, tool-making, and structural system optimization. This depth allows us to operate not just as a supplier, but as an integrated development partner.
Trust: Our core priority is to exceed client expectations with transparent lead times and engineering honesty.
Responsibility: Developing complete technical solutions that fit the precise engineering parameters of client specifications.
Professionalism: Constantly upgrading our toolings, processes, and certifications to reflect state-of-the-art standards.

Meeting global structural specifications through certified workflows

From initial design parameters to final assembly, ensuring efficiency at every step
The client submits detailed drawings (DWG, STEP, IGS) along with surface specifications and packaging rules. Our technical team conducts a comprehensive design audit to optimize geometry for the extrusion press or machining center.
We build specialized tooling/molds in-house. A pre-production sample batch is manufactured and inspected using CMM metrology. Full dimensional inspection charts and raw material spectroscopic sheets are sent to the client.

We wait for formal client clearance. If dynamic changes or adjustments are required, our tool engineers perform die modifications immediately to ensure fit before bulk release.

Upon sample approval, high-speed automated production is deployed. Multiple QC gates check dimensions throughout extrusion, heat treatment, CNC milling, and surface coating cycles to prevent batch defects.
Components are clean-washed, sub-assembled in our dedicated clean workshop, and packed in heavy-duty sea freight packaging. We provide a one-year manufacturing defect warranty starting from delivery.
Our imported high-precision machines guarantee reliable, repeatable quality control
Capable of processing demanding geometries with temperature-controlled precision for durability.
State-of-the-art multi-axis CNC machines for high-precision components post-extrusion.
CMM and 3D laser scanners verify dimensional adherence before shipping.
Our machinery inventory includes specialized tools like the TIPAS H65TMY machine, engineered to perform concurrent complex mill-turn workflows on structural extrusions. This helps eliminate secondary setups, ensuring tight tolerances for axial and radial alignment.
