View DetailsIn modern industrial design, extrusion acts as a crucial technology enabling structural efficiency, lightweight design, and heat management. The shift toward clean energy, electric vehicles (EVs), next-generation communication networks, and complex architectural assemblies has made aluminum extrusion one of the fastest-growing manufacturing segments globally.
According to current metallurgical research, extruded aluminum profiles feature exceptional strength-to-weight ratios, natural corrosion resistance, and high electrical conductivity. Through precision thermal-mechanical extrusion, raw billets are transformed into long, continuous, complex profiles that are difficult or impossible to manufacture via traditional machining, casting, or stamping. This makes custom OEM extrusion a key asset for global sourcing departments looking to streamline assembly processes and reduce material waste.
OEM extrusion is more than pressing metal through a die. Modern extrusion requires strict thermal control, continuous flow rates, and precise microstructural management. Industrial buyers look for manufacturing partners who can manage the entire lifecycle—from alloy selection (6061, 6063, 7075, etc.) and tool design, to multi-axis CNC post-processing and electrochemical surface finishing.
Sourcing metal parts internationally requires reliable quality, predictable lead times, and smart cost control. Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. is located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, placing it at the heart of one of the world's most advanced manufacturing hubs. Our facility is within 3 hours of Shanghai International Airport via high-speed train, ensuring seamless logistics, easy customer inspections, and fast global shipping via Ningbo Port, the world's busiest container port.
Our default operational schedule is 6 days per week, 16 hours per day. If a project has urgent delivery demands, we can scale to a 24/7 mode within 30 days, helping customers adapt quickly to shifting market conditions.
We provide a complete, one-stop shop. By integrating custom extrusion with advanced CNC milling, hot alloy forging, wax die stainless casting, high-tonnage stamping, and finishing treatments, we minimize lead times and resolve quality disputes between multiple vendors.
Supported by more than 20 technical patent certificates, our engineering and R&D divisions help optimize customer product drawings for manufacturability (DFM). This work helps buyers minimize raw material usage and improve mechanical performance.
Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a family business and remains an owner-managed SME corporation today. The company spans a total production floor of 16,000 square meters, with an additional 11,000 square meters of construction. Our staff totals 130 employees: 80 dedicated to production, and 50 across product development, engineering, quality assurance, and management.
Our customers value our high quality standards, as well as our focus on innovation and new technologies. The scope of our capabilities has grown alongside customer requirements, as we continuous invest in our production facility and expand our manufacturing footprint.
