To produce complicated components with minimal tool changeovers, we utilize the TIPAS MACHINE h65TMY CNC center. This high-rigidity multi-axis machine tool is designed for complex profiles, maintaining micro-tolerances over extended production runs.
A rigorous engineering process from initial specification alignment to final delivery
Our engineering team reviews your drawings (2D/3D CAD models) to analyze design for manufacturability (DFM). We confirm structural dimensions, surface finishing requirements, material specifications, and project lead times before issuing a detailed proposal.
Once tooling is configured, we run prototype samples using specified production materials. Samples undergo complete inspection, and we provide material certifications and layout report data for customer validation.
We send samples directly to the customer for assembly verification and environmental testing. We incorporate any feedback into the final production setup before launching mass production.
During mass production, we conduct regular in-process inspections to ensure consistent quality. Finished parts are carefully packed in custom packaging to prevent shipping damage.
We provide structural sub-assemblies in our dedicated assembly workshop. All manufacturing defects are backed by a one-year warranty, starting from the day of delivery.
