Do you require a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, we require ongoing minimum order quantities for international orders. The exact MOQ depends on the selected production process (for example, high-pressure die casting runs typically require higher MOQs compared to custom CNC machining). What documentation do you provide for material conformance?

Our standard payment terms are: 100% tooling cost upfront before manufacturing begins. For mass production components: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of B/L. We accept direct wire transfers, Western Union, and PayPal.

What product warranty terms do you guarantee?

We provide a 1-year product warranty covering material defects and workmanship issues, starting from the date on the delivery note. In line with our quality-driven culture, we work directly with customers to resolve any issues to their satisfaction.
