Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a family business and remains an owner-managed SME corporation today. Located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our manufacturing facility sits strategically within a three-hour transit radius from the Shanghai International Airport via the Chinese high-speed rail network.
Spanning 16,000 square meters of production floor space alongside an additional 11,000 square meters of built construction, we maintain a dedicated workforce of 130 highly specialized employees. This includes 80 production line experts and 50 dedicated personnel specialized in product development, engineering, quality control, and global supply management.
Our customers value our strict adherence to international quality standards as well as our focus on manufacturing innovation.
We provide professional manufacturing services, including:
Dark bronze anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the aluminum metal surface into a durable, anodic oxide finish. By submerging the aluminum component in an acid electrolyte bath and passing an electrical current through it, we create controlled micropores on the surface. These pores are then electrochemically colored with inorganic metallic salts (typically tin or cobalt) to achieve a deep, rich, UV-stable dark bronze shade before the structure is hermetically sealed.
Partnering with China-based anodizing factories like XinYe offers strategic advantages. Our integrated production lines allow us to transition components from hot forging or stamping directly to anodizing baths without inter-facility shipping. This eliminates surface oxidation risks and reduces lead times. Furthermore, specialized local supply chains in Ningbo allow us to secure raw materials at competitive rates while meeting international environmental regulations.
Global architectural and industrial sectors are shifting away from painted and PVDF-coated surfaces toward authentic metallic textures. Dark bronze anodized components are highly sought after due to their resistance to chalking, fading, and scratching. Additionally, anodized aluminum is 100% recyclable, aligning with modern green building standards (LEED) and environmental regulations worldwide.
Our scope of competencies has grown alongside our customers' requirements and our commitment to technical development. Today, we offer integrated services spanning product engineering, tooling design, bulk manufacturing, surface finish treatment, and global logistics management.
