Explore our high-performance manufacturing solutions engineered to exceed demanding global quality benchmarks.
Anodizing is not merely a superficial coating; it is an electro-chemical transformation that converts the metal surface into a highly durable, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically versatile anodic oxide finish. At Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd., we combine state-of-the-art chemical baths with computer-controlled temperature and voltage regulations to produce coloring anodizing that meets the tightest tolerances for thickness, hue consistency, and fade-resistance.
During the sulfuric acid anodizing process (Type II & Type III Hardcoat), a controlled electrical current passes through an acid electrolyte bath where our aluminum alloy workpiece acts as the anode. This reaction forms a microscopic honeycomb pore structure. The diameter of these pores ranges between 10 to 20 nanometers, depending on the current density and chemical concentrations.
It is within these microscopic pores that the coloring magic happens. Our OEM coloring service uses two primary mechanisms to introduce color:
Since 1996, bridging the gap between advanced Chinese production capabilities and complex global engineering demands.
Founded in 1996 as a highly focused family enterprise, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. has developed into an owner-managed SME corporation renowned for its engineering execution. Located within the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facilities are within a 3-hour commute from Shanghai Pudong International Airport via the high-speed rail network. We occupy 16,000 square meters of high-density production space with another 11,000 square meters currently under development to scale with our customers' growth.
Our workforce of 130 professionals comprises 80 highly skilled production operators and 50 dedicated engineers, quality control specialists, and product development managers. This high ratio of engineering talent to production staff allows us to address difficult OEM/ODM specs and secure structural solutions where typical toll manufacturers fall short.
Equipped with heavy-duty machinery and precision systems imported from Japan, we execute complex metal fabrication from start to finish.
Friction press machines with capacity from 300 to 1,000 tons. Heavy-duty column hydraulic machines from 100 to 630 tons. High structural strength with minimal porosity.
4-axis CNC machining centers, turning centers, and precision milling machines. Achieves tolerances down to 0.001mm for complex geometries.
High-speed punch presses from 5 tons to 250 tons. Processing steel, copper, specialty aluminum alloys, and performance engineering plastics.
Our facility operates 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. We maintain the logistics and organizational infrastructure to scale into full 24/7 continuous operations within 30 days of client demand.
Our structural capabilities include lost wax casting, precision cold extrusion, deep drawing, and automated anodizing lines. This complete production flow minimizes transition times and eliminates the quality degradation risks associated with third-party transport.
Quality is the foundation of our business. Certified to ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 to guarantee compliance with global automotive, aerospace, and medical standards.
Ensures raw material metallurgical composition matches international standards (6061, 7075, etc.) prior to forging or casting.
3D Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) provides automated validation of dimensional geometry with sub-micron accuracy.
Non-contact optical dimension inspection for micro-features, delicate profiles, and detailed stamped geometries.
Quantifies surface finish parameters (Ra, Rz) to ensure proper adhesion properties and compliance with mechanical seal interfaces.
From the moment raw material enters our factory to the final packaged parts, every step is recorded and traceable. We generate complete documentation packages, including Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Conformance (COC), coating thickness profiles, and salt spray test sheets (ASTM B117 compliance).

Ningbo is one of the world's premier manufacturing and shipping hubs. By positioning our primary manufacturing plant within the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, XinYe Metal capitalizes on localized supply chains that directly translate into cost savings, logistics flexibility, and compressed lead times for our global clients.
Located near the world's busiest port by cargo tonnage, we provide swift sea freight consolidation. This minimizes overland transport costs and reduces lead times from factory floor to vessel departure.
The Yangtze River Delta region contains the densest network of aluminum smelters, extrusion die makers, precision tooling providers, and chemical suppliers globally. This enables rapid procurement of specialized alloys and tooling components.
With an additional 11,000 square meters of construction space ready for deployment, we scale production volume to match seasonal peaks. Our dual-shift structure allows us to handle sudden increases in volume without quality degradation.
Our components are engineered for demanding environments, including aerospace structures, gas safety systems, and cleanroom medical hardware.
Fire and toxic gas detection devices, flame sensors, and explosion-proof housings engineered for mining, oil, and gas environments.
High-tolerance structural transmission components, motor brackets, brake levers, and anodized connector systems for micro-mobility.
High-strength safety hydrant boxes, heavy hinges, and fuel transmission housings designed to withstand mechanical stress and chemical exposure.
Wood chipper crushing systems built with Q345B and 42CrMo materials, heat-treated to resist impact fatigue.
Combining CNC turn-mill multitasking centers with 4-axis control to produce high-tolerance mechanical interfaces in a single operation.
By using the TIPAS MACHINE h65TMY turn-mill center alongside our primary 4-axis CNC machines, we eliminate error accumulation from multiple setups. This system enables turning, cross-drilling, keyway milling, and engraving in a single automated process.
This capability is particularly beneficial for aluminum components destined for coloring anodizing. Minimizing manual tool handling prevents surface scratches and micro-dents that can become visible during the anodizing process.
Adhering to strict international trade, labor, and environmental guidelines.
We believe that high-quality surface treatments require robust environmental controls. Our automated anodizing chemical lines conform to modern environmental requirements. Our waste processing systems neutralize sulfuric acid and safely recover heavy metal salts. This ensures that our global partners are protected against regulatory, trade, and environmental compliance risks.
A structured approach ensures that drawings, tolerances, and surface qualities conform to engineering requirements before bulk production begins.
Clients submit their drawings (STEP, IGES, or DWG formats). Our engineering team performs a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) check to confirm tooling requirements, alloy selection, and surface optimization.
We generate precision samples for physical evaluation. This includes detailed inspection reports (dimensional logs, spectrographic analysis) to ensure full alignment before initiating bulk production.
Upon sample approval, parts undergo CNC machining, forging, or casting, followed by coloring anodizing or E-polishing. In-line inspection stations check dimensions and surface quality throughout production.
