Explore our primary manufacturing services engineered for automotive, medical, aerospace, and energy infrastructure projects.
Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a family business and until today is an owner-managed SME corporation. XINYE corporation is located in Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, in reach within 3 hours from Shanghai international airport via the high-speed train network. The company’s total area is 16,000 square meters of production floor, and another 11,000 square meters are construction.
Total staff is 130 employees, of which 80 production staff and 50 are in product development, engineering, quality, and supporting areas including management. Our customers do not just appreciate our high quality standards but also are getting excited about the commitment and constant drive of XINYE for innovation and new technologies.
Our core manufacturing equipment is imported from Japan, guaranteeing dimensional accuracy, cycle times, and repeat order consistency.
Friction press machines with press force from 300 tons to 1000 tons. Column hydraulic machines with press force from 100 tons to 630 tons. Punching press machines with press force ranging from 5 tons to 250 tons.
Equipped with 4-axis CNC machining centers, CNC turning machines, and high-speed CNC milling systems capable of delivering structural components with dimensional tolerances within ±0.001mm.
Full production capabilities in-house for Anodizing (Type II and Type III hard coat), electropolishing, powder coating, mechanical cleaning, and manual/mechanical assembly services.
We operate on a 6-day, 16-hour standard shift pattern, expandable to a 24/7 continuous operation cycle within 30 days should customer demands or scale-ups require. With local land available for structural facility expansion, we actively welcome custom capital investment partnerships to build dedicated production lines tailored to unique volume metrics.

Analyzing structural shifts in lightweighting, progressive manufacturing technologies, and localized compliance standards.
Integrating lightweight alloys reduces vehicle weight, directly translating to increased battery range for modern EVs. Our deep-drawn processes form complex structures like battery boxes, structural brackets, and motor casing covers without micro-cracking or grain structure failure.
Modern 5G hardware and communication terminals require non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant housings that offer structural protection and EMI/RFI shielding. We supply thin-walled aluminum stampings that deliver thermal dissipation and electromagnetic isolation properties.
Aerospace application components must withstand operational stress under pressure. By combining stamping, forging, and 4-axis CNC finish machining, we deliver mechanical valve brackets, inlet fittings, and hydration box systems to strict aviation parameters.
| Alloy Series | Material Designation | Typical Applications | Key Performance Metrics |
|---|---|---|---|

| 3000 Series | Al-Mn Alloys (3003) | Deep drawn housings, heat shielding, cookware | 20% higher strength than 1000 series, excellent workability |
| 5000 Series | Al-Mg Alloys (5052 / 5754) | Automotive fuel lines, brackets, electronic chassis | Excellent weldability, high fatigue strength, marine corrosion resistance |
| 6000 Series | Al-Mg-Si Alloys (6061 / 6082) | Structural frames, aerospace valves, safety brackets | Heat treatable, high tensile yield strength, excellent machining compatibility |
"Quality is life." Guided by this, and with our customers' support, we have built a quality control process that traces every component back to its raw material heat lot number. We inspect raw materials upon receipt, check mid-process components at multiple stages, and perform detailed final tests on completed parts.
Our quality department uses advanced coordinate measuring and spectrographic systems to verify that all dimensions match your technical drawings and international chemical composition standards.

Our engineering teams focus on sustainable manufacturing, automated production lines, and closed-loop scrap recycling.
We continue to upgrade our production lines by integrating multi-station transfer setups with high-tonnage progressive stamping tooling. This investment helps improve our production speeds while reducing scrap rates.
Using real-time optical sorting and in-die sensors, we monitor structural parts for defects or tool wear during stamping, helping to avoid line downtime. By adopting green power sources and closed-loop material recycling, we also help lower the carbon footprint of your products.
