Explore our core manufacturing and metal fabrication offerings, custom-engineered for global regulatory markets.
Founded in 1996 as an owner-managed SME corporation, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. has established a formidable reputation in high-precision metal manufacturing. Strategically located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility is within a highly accessible 3-hour journey from Shanghai International Airport via the high-speed rail network.
Spanning a comprehensive production floor footprint of 16,000 square meters, with an additional 11,000 square meters of construction, we house 130 dedicated personnel. Out of our specialized team, 80 staff members are focused strictly on production, while 50 are experts in product development, engineering, quality control, and global management. Our technology capabilities cover the full project life cycle, from early engineering support to advanced CNC machining, forging, casting, stamping, and premium surface treatments.
Aluminum 6061, tempered primarily to T6 state, is a silicon-magnesium alloy optimized for robust mechanical properties, structural strength, and outstanding reaction to electrochemical surface treatments. When treated through anodization, the aluminum undergoes a controlled electrolytic oxidation that converts the outer metal surface into a durable, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically versatile aluminum oxide layer.
Type II Anodizing (Sulfuric Acid Anodizing): Typically creates an oxide layer of 0.0002" to 0.001" (5 to 25 microns) thickness. Best suited for aesthetic finishing, dye absorption, and moderate corrosion resistance.
Type III Anodizing (Hardcoat): Formed at lower temperatures and higher current densities, producing coatings exceeding 0.002" (50+ microns). Ideal for extreme wear applications, aerospace components, and marine instrumentation.

Our commitment to continuous technological integration led to the commissioning of high-efficiency machines such as the TIPAS h65TMY. This equipment performs multi-axis milling and turning operations in a single setup, minimizing human error, lowering cycle times, and optimizing part concentricity.
Operating a standard 16-hour schedule across 6 days a week, we can easily scale to a 24/7 continuous shift pattern within 30 days to support high-volume global demands.
Every process step is logged and traceable. Quality is the core foundation of our operations.
Along with our dedication to the highest product quality and production efficiency, Xinye is ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 certified. This allows us to ensure our customers receive consistent high quality in our products as well as our services.
1. Raw Material Verification: We conduct optical emission spectrography analysis on incoming aluminum bar stock and billets to ensure correct chemical composition before forging or machining.
2. In-Process Dimensions: Our CNC operators perform frequent measurements at the work center using calibrated micrometers and thread gauges.
3. Final Verification & Documentation: Outgoing products receive a complete inspector's sign-off, complete with material certificates (MTRs), dimensional logs, and surface finish/anodizing layer validation.
Validates chemical purity and alloy content for trace element controls.
Measures complex parts using 3D coordinate scanning systems.
Performs high-resolution, non-contact optical boundary checks.
Verifies chemical finish texture and micro-inch values post-anodizing.
Supports micro-feature geometry audits for small medical instruments.
Provides tensile testing to verify grain flow strength after forging.
Audited operational workflows to ensure reliable, high-yield product output.
From initial design review to global shipping, we maintain complete workflow control.
We evaluate customer drawings (STEP, DWG, DXF formats), material temper requirements (6061-T6, T651, etc.), and surface finish classes. A detailed quotation including lead times and tooling costs is issued.
We manufacture first-article inspection (FAI) prototypes. Surface measurements, spectrum analysis, and coordinate measuring machine audits are documented to confirm engineering accuracy.
Samples are sent to the customer for assembly verification and environmental chamber testing. Bulk production begins only after receiving official sign-off.
We launch full-scale production runs using customized tool paths and automated systems. Production runs are continuously monitored to ensure quality consistency from start to finish.
We offer additional secondary assembly options within our dedicated workshop. Final parts are packed in protective, export-grade custom crating to prevent physical damage during transit.

Aluminum 6061 contains magnesium and silicon as its primary alloying elements. This structure allows the metal to accept clear, uniform, and hard electro-chemical oxide layers (such as Type II and Type III hardcoat) without discoloration. It offers the ideal balance of machinability, structural strength, weldability, and corrosion resistance.
For prototypes and first-article samples, the lead time is typically 7 to 10 days. For full mass production, lead times range from 20 to 30 days after drawing approval and deposit receipt. We work closely with our clients to accommodate tight launch deadlines.
We maintain strict control over temperature, current density, and chemical concentration in our anodizing tanks. We verify coating thickness across multiple surface locations on sample parts using eddy-current thickness gauges, guaranteeing compliance with military and custom specifications.
We provide comprehensive quality documentation, including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance (COA/COC), material test reports (MTR), heat treatment records, and shipping documents. XinYe is fully certified under ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 systems.
We require international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity depending on part complexity and tooling setup. For specific component evaluations, please contact our engineering sales desk directly.
We accept wire transfer payments to our bank account, Western Union, and PayPal. Our typical terms are 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
