Pioneering precision metal fabrication, high-grade stamping, and casting solutions
Founded in 1996 as a family business and surviving decades of global industrial transitions, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. stands today as an owner-managed SME corporation focusing on advanced metal components manufacturing. Xinye is strategically located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, an easily accessible industrial hub within 3 hours from Shanghai Pudong International Airport via China's high-speed rail network.
Over the years, our operational footprint has expanded to a state-of-the-art production area of 16,000 square meters, with an additional 11,000 square meters of construction land ready for customer-focused infrastructure upgrades. Our agile team consists of 130 employees, comprising 80 highly skilled production technicians and 50 dedicated engineers focusing on R&D, quality management, product development, and global logistics.
Unmatched engineering capabilities that exceed expectations across industries
High-precision turning, milling, and multi-axis drilling (up to 4-axis control centers) handling tight tolerances down to 0.001mm.
Utilizing high-capacity friction presses (300 to 1000 tons) to engineer dense, high-strength structural forged parts.
Precision lost-wax investment casting delivering complex surface profiles, thin walls, and corrosion-resistant assemblies.
Forming profiles in steel, alloy, copper, and polymer compounds, utilizing deep drawing press lines from 5 to 250 tons.
Our custom components are deployed across major industrial and critical safety markets including:
Understanding material sciences, shock resistance, and marking longevity
When sourcing Steel Number Stamps, industrial purchasing directors look for three metrics: hardness consistency, impact longevity, and structural safety. Standard off-the-shelf punches chip or deform when used repeatedly on high-tensile steels. At Ningbo XinYe, we mitigate this through controlled metallurgy and rigorous heat-treatment processes.
Our industrial steel stamps are crafted from premium cold-work shock-resisting tool steels, primarily Cr12MoV and Chrome Vanadium (Cr-V) alloys. These materials are characterized by their superior toughness and high wear resistance under cyclical shock loads. During manufacturing, the raw bars undergo a vacuum tempering process to achieve a micro-hardness rating of 58–62 HRC at the marking tip, while the striking end is drawn back to a lower hardness of 38–45 HRC. This dual-hardness design prevents catastrophic fracturing and mushrooming at the strike zone, ensuring maximum operator safety.
Standard letter stamps suffer from slight dimensional skew. We use high-precision CNC engraving to carve the characters. By maintaining exact draft angles (typically 60 degrees) and deep relief cuts, our stamps produce clean, high-legibility marks in metals without creating micro-fissures in the struck component. This is critical in aerospace applications, where stamping stress concentration can lead to structural fatigue.
Common Alloys: Cr12MoV, AISI D2, Cr-V (Chrome Vanadium)
Engraving Tip Hardness: 58 - 62 HRC (High Wear Resistance)
Striking End Hardness: 38 - 45 HRC (Anti-Mushrooming)
Process Route: CNC Engraving -> Vacuum Hardening -> Tempering -> Sandblasting -> E-Polish
Marking Media: Alloys, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper, Aluminum, Rigid Polymers
How our infrastructure scales to meet global enterprise demand
Our core stamping capability is built around high-load industrial machinery. We operate a fleet of friction press machines with force ranging from 300 tons to 1000 tons. These are augmented by column hydraulic machines (100t to 630t) and rapid punching press machines (5t to 250t). This machinery allows us to process high-volume, deep-drawn parts alongside standard stamping runs.
For custom numbering heads, steel type holder systems, and precise industrial dies, we leverage state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC milling centers, CNC turning machines, and advanced grinding machines. This setup guarantees that complex marking solutions match original digital CAD models within microns.
Factory Scalability: Our standard operational schedule runs 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. However, to support global logistics crunches or sudden surges in order quantities, our factory can transition into a 24/7 continuous production mode within 30 days. Land for expansion is immediately available, allowing us to install customized lines to support long-term contract partners.

Traceability, metallurgical analysis, and zero-defect initiatives
Quality is the baseline of industrial procurement. With our customers' guidance, Ningbo XinYe has established a closed-loop quality control system. From raw material receipt to finished part shipping, every single workflow step is documented with a traceable file, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 standards. We employ advanced testing equipment to enforce absolute compliance with customer drawing tolerances.
Validates raw material alloy compositions prior to production, preventing chemical grade mixing.
Coordinate Measuring Machines mapping geometry to verify tight tolerances in physical parts.
2D optical measurement systems verifying the micro-accuracy of stamp characters and deep-drawn radii.
Surface texture measurements verifying smooth surface finishes, especially on deep-drawn metal components.
Ensures structural toughness and yield strength, critical for high-tensile spring, safety valve, and metal stamp production.
Continuous validation protocol from billet inspection through critical tolerances, ending with raw material tracking documents.
Our workforce is our foundation. Of the 130 experts employed at Xinye, 50 are dedicated to product design, prototyping, quality testing, and continuous process optimization. This configuration enables us to address complex technical requests quickly.
Our operation is built on three core corporate values:

Five pillars of custom industrial parts production
From complex automotive shells to safety-critical enclosures, we press materials into exact dimensional forms.
Stainless steel structural parts cast with precision wax-molds, eliminating extensive rough-machining steps.
High-volume production of lightweight brackets, housing assemblies, and electronics enclosures.
Creating highly dense structural alloys for heavy automotive transmission components and aerospace brackets.
Flexible manufacturing for short-run tooling, finishing, and complex geometric details matching strict tolerances.
How we manage custom OEM orders from initial layout through bulk dispatch
The client delivers detailed engineering drawings. Our engineering division conducts a feasibility review to confirm geometry, physical tolerances, and material callouts.
We source the raw materials and construct matching tooling. Initial sample runs are made, followed by measurement scans and structural validation reports.
Physical prototypes are shipped with a complete inspection report, material certificates, and analytical test results for client sign-off.
Following approval, we initiate scheduled production. High-volume output runs alongside multi-point QC. Parts are wrapped using anti-corrosion packaging to survive marine cargo transit.
We provide full component assembly inside our dedicated workshop, backed by a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty and lifetime structural support.
