Premium hot forging, die casting, stamping, and machining products engineered to strict global industrial standards.
In today's highly demanding industrial landscape, procurement officers and engineering directors face a critical challenge: sourcing lightweight, structurally superior, and defect-free components that satisfy structural integrity requirements while mitigating cost risks. Hot forging remains the gold standard for parts requiring high strength-to-weight ratios, uniform mechanical anisotropy, and structural predictability.
As global industries pivot toward fuel efficiency, electromobility (E-bike and EV components), safety-critical fire protection system components, and advanced aerospace transmission hardware, the technical demands on forging parameters have multiplied. Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. acts as a strategic manufacturing extension, offering vertical integration that spans design simulation, tooling creation, precision temperature-controlled hot forging, and complete finish-machining.
China's manufacturing ecosystem provides an unmatched combination of comprehensive raw material supply chains, specialized tooling design talent, and advanced multi-axis CNC setups.
Established in 1996 as an agile, forward-thinking family business, Xinye has grown into an owner-managed SME corporation recognized globally for precision metal components. Positioned in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility resides within a 3-hour high-speed rail network circle from Shanghai International Airport, streamlining logistics for international visitors.
Our production footprint spans 16,000 square meters of specialized production floors, backed by an additional 11,000 square meters of construction space designated for technological expansion. Our workforce comprises 130 dedicated staff members, featuring a core division of 80 skilled operators and 50 specialists in product development, engineering, quality assurance, and management.
Equipped with ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 certifications, we provide a unified vertical production cycle. Our technical expertise encompasses precision CNC machining, aluminum alloy hot forging, lost wax stainless steel casting, stamping/drawing, and complete surface treatments such as anodizing and electro-polishing.

Providing professional qualifications and a technology portfolio with a complete set of processing equipment.
Utilizing state-of-the-art temperature-controlled friction and hydraulic press lines to manufacture high-strength, lightweight structural aluminum components with optimized grain flow profiles.
Precision stamping lines designed for structural sheet-metal fabrication, deep-drawn enclosures, and thin-walled components using steel, copper, copper alloys, and plastic.
High-precision investment casting using premium silica sol processes for intricate stainless steel and carbon steel parts, reducing finishing allowances.
Equipped with Japanese CNC centers, multi-axis milling, and precision lathes, we finish-machine forged or cast blanks to tight tolerances within 0.001mm.
Providing complete aesthetic and corrosion protection including anodizing (clear, color, hardcoat), electro-polishing, passivating, and mechanical blasting.
Supporting safety-critical, high-stress applications across demanding global industries.
We manufacture flame sensor housings, toxic gas sensor chambers, explosive environment fire detector enclosures, and complete hydrant pit box kits. Our forged parts are engineered to withstand extreme pressures and corrosive micro-environments without mechanical cracking.
From turbine inlets and transmission shafts to specialized aviation fuel system structural plates and hinge brackets. Standard quality protocols with structural material logs ensure these critical flight components perform under continuous mechanical vibration.
Supporting the transition to clean mobility, we produce critical power transmission components, lightweight structural knuckles, and structural E-bike tube assemblies, connectors, levers, and brackets. Light, forged structural alloy improves power-to-weight ratios.
Precision structural bodies such as cream whippers, cooking stoves, and related tabletop catering hardware. Using food-safe aluminum and stainless steel grades, finished with mirror electro-polishing to resist biological buildup.
Xinye is executing a modernization roadmap to transition from traditional semi-automated forge lines to fully automated CNC screw press cells. By integrating thermal imaging tooling systems, we ensure constant die temperatures, reducing variance between forge batches. Our future focus includes modeling deformation flow lines via Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to eliminate micro-cracks before physical dies are cut.
Operating a multi-disciplinary fleet of equipment to ensure flexibility, capacity, and precision.
Capable of executing heavy high-density deformation processes.
For deep extrusion cycles and slow-deformation alloy components.
For raw billet preparation and finishing processing.
Xinye maintains a default operating mode of 6 days per week with 16 hours of daily operations. For peak seasonal demand or urgent contract requirements, we can scale our operation to 24/7 continuous run mode within 30 days. Supported by our on-site development teams and designated expansion space, we are prepared to invest in dedicated lines for qualifying supply contracts.

Quality is our lifeline. We enforce strict traceability under ISO 9001 and SA8000 systems.
Every raw material heat code is validated upon entry into our plant using a GNR Spectrum Analyzer. This prevents alloy grading mix-ups. Critical components undergo in-process checking and final dimensional confirmation via high-precision coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and video measuring systems.
We operate under a simple set of core principles that balance engineering performance with customer care. Currently, Xinye possesses more than 20 technical utility model patents, which are reflected in our production solutions and optimized setup times.
"Our priority is to match your requirements and exceed your engineering expectations."
"Implementing careful inspection practices to maintain consistent product quality."
"Every tooling configuration, every run, and every surface treatment is executed with focus."
Xinye is audited and certified under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standard and the SA8000 Social Accountability standard. We operate in compliance with modern manufacturing practices, including chemical substance controls and global export compliance policies.
