Watch Us in Action

Our manufacturing floor is run under strict lean manufacturing principles. Friction screw presses ranging from 300 to 1,000 tons work alongside heavy column hydraulic press lines to shape high-density aluminum and steel alloys without internal void defects. Precision milling and multi-axis turning lines then perform final machining steps on these parts. Watch our video to see our high-precision machining systems, from raw billet to finished, verified components.

Primary Machine Lines:

  • Friction screw presses with forging force from 300 to 1,000 tons.
  • Column hydraulic presses ranging from 100 to 630 tons.
  • Punching presses with capacities from 5 to 250 tons.
  • 4-axis CNC machining centers and high-speed CNC turning stations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Information on pricing, lead times, quality control, logistics, and engineering support.

What factors determine your pricing structures?
Our pricing is based on current material costs, tool design complexity, production quantities, machining tolerances, and surface treatments. We provide detailed quotes mapping out these costs for transparency. Due to market fluctuations in metals, quotes are typically valid for a specified window, after which we adjust to current raw material indexes.
Do you enforce Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)?
Yes, we require minimum order runs for international orders to cover tooling, machine setups, and QA program setups. MOQs vary depending on the product type (e.g., hot forgings, castings, stampings). Please contact our sales team to discuss details for your specific design.
Can you supply materials verification and compliance certificates?
Yes. Every production run is shipped with a comprehensive quality documentation package. This includes raw material mill testing reports (MTRs), chemical composition analysis from our spectrum analyzer, heat treatment reports, dimensional measurements (CMM/video measurement reports), and Certificates of Conformance.
What are the standard lead times for custom tooling and mass production?
For custom prototypes, design and sample runs typically take about 7 business days from CAD validation. Mass production lead times are generally 20 to 30 days after design sign-off and receipt of deposit. We can adjust schedules for projects with urgent timelines.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept standard corporate payment options, including telegraphic bank transfers (T/T), L/C, and PayPal for prototype samples. Our standard volume production term is a 30% advance deposit to secure materials, with the remaining 70% balance paid upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
How do you handle warranty issues or dimensional discrepancies?
We warrant all materials and manufacturing dimensions against approved specifications. If a component does not meet specifications, our engineering team will assess the issue. We will rework or replace non-conforming parts at our expense to resolve the issue.
What shipping options do you support?
We work with standard international shipping arrangements, including EXW, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF, and DDU/DDP terms. We utilize ocean freight for bulk quantities to minimize costs, and air freight or express carriers for urgent prototypes and samples.
