2. Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom parts?
Yes, we require minimum order quantities for international shipments to maintain production efficiency. MOQs depend on the size and complexity of the part. We can discuss specific MOQ requirements during the project review stage.
3. What engineering and material documentation do you provide?
We provide comprehensive documentation with our shipments, including Material Certificates (chemical analysis and physical test reports), Certificates of Conformance (CoC), CMM dimensional verification reports, and export/origin documentation.
4. What is the typical lead time for new tooling and mass production?
