Our quality system covers every phase, starting with incoming material inspections. Using spectrometer analysis, we confirm alloy composition before extrusion or forging begins. Work-in-progress inspections are conducted at intermediate stages, and we perform 100% final inspections—including dimensional reports and non-destructive testing—to verify that parts match your drawings before shipment.
Every shipment is accompanied by complete documentation, including mill test reports, dimensional inspection records, and surface roughness logs. All records are archived to maintain complete batch traceability.
