What We Do: Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities

A comprehensively integrated manufacturing portfolio that converts custom engineering designs into high-quality physical products.

Precision CNC Machining

Deploying advanced multi-axis CNC milling, turning, and machining centers. We work to high tolerances (up to ±0.005mm) across aluminum, copper, steel, and high-performance engineering plastics.

Aluminum Alloy Hot Forging

Utilizing high-power friction press machines ranging from 300 to 1,000 tons. This configuration yields structural components characterized by superior grain structure, high tensile strength, and enhanced fatigue resistance.

Investment Wax Casting

Delivering high-integrity stainless steel and specialty alloy parts via lost wax casting. This process creates smooth surface finishes and complex geometries, minimizing the need for secondary machining.

Extrusion & Stamping

Producing custom profiles, structural shapes, and deep-drawn components in steel, copper, and aluminum alloys. Supported by specialized progressive dies and hydraulic presses.

Surface Treatments & Finishing

Applying professional in-house surface treatments including Type II & Type III anodizing, electrochemical polishing, powder coating, sandblasting, and passivation for high corrosion resistance.

Integrated Assembly & Testing

A dedicated facility equipped to handle sub-assembly operations, pressure tightness verification, tensile testing, and custom packaging, ensuring all products are shipped ready for final integration.

Aluminum Extrusion Technology Roadmap

How we leverage metallurgical research and innovative structural design to meet future manufacturing demands.

Next-Gen Structural Alloys

We are advancing the application of structural alloys (including 6082-T6, 7075-T6, and specialized Al-Zn-Mg formulas) to provide higher structural strength, lower weight, and improved weldability for critical automotive and marine applications.

Precision Thin-Wall Extrusions

Our engineers are optimizing extrusion dies to produce thin-walled sections with wall thicknesses under 1.0 mm. This helps minimize component weight while maintaining structural stiffness using internal web configurations.

Micro-Channel Thermal Management

To support high-performance power systems and electronic enclosures, we specialize in micro-channel cooling profiles. These designs enhance heat dissipation pathways for electric vehicle (EV) battery packs and telecom systems.

Sustainability & Low-Carbon Manufacturing Goal

In line with global environmental standards, Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe is integrating closed-loop recycled aluminum processing. By combining clean melting operations, optimized scrap recovery, and energy-efficient induction heating systems, we reduce the carbon footprint of our components without compromising their mechanical properties.

Macro-Industry Global Solutions

Providing specialized manufacturing support for demanding applications across diverse sectors.

Industrial Safety Systems

Manufacturing highly reliable components for hazard detection systems, including gas detectors, flame sensor housings, and explosion-proof terminal boxes.

Aerospace Components

Delivering critical aerospace components such as high-strength turbine inlet housings, transmission mounts, and structural hinge brackets.

Automotive & E-Bike

Producing structural chassis parts, powertrain elements, and lightweight tubing for electric bicycles and commercial vehicles.

Food & Beverage Processing

Fabricating hygienic components from food-grade stainless steel and aluminum, including cream whipper chambers and tabletop stove assemblies.

China Factory 4.0: Supply Chain Resilience & Efficiency

How our strategic location, production capacity, and logistics integration protect your supply chain.

The Ningbo Industrial Advantage

Our facility in the Jiangbei Industrial District offers significant logistical advantages. Located near the Port of Ningbo-Zhoushan, the world's busiest container port, we can ship sea freight efficiently. Excellent highway networks and close connections to high-speed rail links ensure quick transport to Shanghai Pudong and Ningbo Lishe airports, helping keep transit times short.

This industrial location gives us direct access to an established network of regional suppliers, including raw material smelters, specialized tool makers, and chemical processing suppliers. This localized ecosystem supports efficient production, lower shipping costs, and consistent lead times.

Flexible 24/7 Operations

Our standard operations run 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. For high-volume projects or sudden demand spikes, we can transition to a 24/7 continuous production schedule within 30 days, supported by our modular assembly line design.

Rigorous Quality Control & Metrology

Maintaining material consistency and dimensional accuracy across every manufacturing stage.

In-process Quality Inspection Check

Source Control & Quality Management

At XinYe, quality control is central to our manufacturing process. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 certifications, demonstrating our commitment to quality standards and social accountability in operations.

Our quality system covers every phase, starting with incoming material inspections. Using spectrometer analysis, we confirm alloy composition before extrusion or forging begins. Work-in-progress inspections are conducted at intermediate stages, and we perform 100% final inspections—including dimensional reports and non-destructive testing—to verify that parts match your drawings before shipment.

Traceability Standards

Every shipment is accompanied by complete documentation, including mill test reports, dimensional inspection records, and surface roughness logs. All records are archived to maintain complete batch traceability.
