"Our manufacturing philosophy blends deep process control with state-of-the-art chemical techniques, ensuring every anodized layer meets the exact architectural, aerospace, or automotive specification required by our international clientele."
An in-depth review of electrochemical oxidation methods, protective microstructures, and performance advantages.
Anodizing is an electrolytic passivation process that converts the surface of aluminum and its alloys into a highly durable, corrosion-resistant anodic oxide layer. Unlike surface coatings, this oxide layer is fully integrated with the underlying aluminum substrate, eliminating the risks of peeling, flaking, or thermal delamination under extreme operating conditions.
We perform standard Type II (decorative and protective sulfuric acid anodizing) and Type III (Hardcoat Anodizing). Type III anodizing generates a dense, wear-resistant layer ranging from 50 to 100 microns, ideal for sliding mechanisms, wear plates, and components exposed to marine or heavy industrial friction.
The anodized layer features a highly organized honeycomb micro-pore structure. This porosity allows for precise organic or inorganic color dye integration. By sealing these pores using high-purity hot water hydration, nickel acetate, or cold-sealing chemistry, we achieve excellent color fastness, chemical resistance, and dielectric properties.
Through our optimized chemical formulations, we ensure consistent coating thickness, uniform pore distribution, and predictable dimensional growth. The following table showcases our standard processing capability profile across typical industrial alloy designations:
Serving critical global supply chains with reliable technical exports and localized regional compliance.
As industrial supply chains require greater reliability, the global demand for high-grade anodized aluminum continues to rise. Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. serves diverse international markets across Europe, North America, and Russia, conforming to both regional engineering specifications and strict environmental mandates. The commercial application of anodizing has transitioned from simple decorative coatings to functional, high-performance surface layers required by high-tech sectors:
Medical instruments require high resistance to repeated chemical sterilization, autoclaving, and wear. Our biocompatible Type II and Type III anodizing ensures that diagnostic housings, surgical trays, and surgical tools remain inert, durable, and corrosion-free throughout their operational life.
With the rise of electric vehicles, structural weight reduction is key. Lightweight aluminum castings and forgings must be protected from road salt and moisture. We supply critical anodized transmission parts, suspension brackets, heat sinks, and structural e-bike brackets to major automotive markets.
Aerospace structures face extreme pressure and thermal cycles. Our hardcoat anodizing reduces friction, limits wear, and offers corrosion protection for turbine inlets, fluid transmission housings, and safety components, meeting demanding aerospace tolerances.
Combining heavy forming, ultra-precise CNC machining, and state-of-the-art anodizing on a single site.
XinYe offers a complete service model that integrates metal fabrication and surface finishing. This eliminates logistics delays and quality disputes that often occur when outsourcing surface treatments to secondary vendors. Our vertical manufacturing workflow includes:
By controlling the fabrication steps—from raw ingots to final anodizing—we manage dimensional changes during the electrochemical process. Because anodizing grows the outer surface and consumes substrate material, our machining departments adjust pre-anodizing dimensions down to the micron level. This ensures final tolerances match the design specifications.
A multi-stage quality verification structure, supported by advanced mechanical and chemical analysis systems.
Quality is our top priority. With support from our international customers, we have established a quality control system spanning from raw materials to final packaging. Our processes are certified under ISO 9001-2015 and SA8000 standardizations, ensuring product conformity and high social accountability in our manufacturing operations.
To support high accuracy, our quality team uses advanced metrology equipment:
A review of precision components designed to meet strict performance and application criteria.
High-precision components built for processing equipment. The raw forgings undergo targeted post-forging milling and a hard anodizing sequence to prevent wear in abrasive environments.
Critical transmission parts and lightweight e-bike components. These parts require strict control over dimensional tolerances and surface friction coefficients to prevent drivetrain wear.
An aerospace application incorporating structural hinge brackets, turbine inlet rings, and specialized pit boxes. Requires deep protection against jet fuel, high humidity, and weathering.
Heavy-duty forestry shredder components engineered for impact resistance. Requires precise geometric tolerances to sustain mechanical integrity under continuous operation.
From initial design consultations to bulk distribution, our production sequence delivers quality at scale.
During the design consultation phase, we discuss custom OEM sample specifications, detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings, chemical finishing requirements, packaging expectations, and target lead times.
We source certified raw materials and configure our machining and surface treatment baths. We prepare prototype batches to verify design tolerances, coating thickness, and substrate adhesion.
Samples are dispatched along with full dimensional logs and chemical certificate reports. We finalize the manufacturing plan and surface treatment profiles based on customer feedback and testing.
Our facility runs on a standard 16-hour schedule over 6 days a week, and can scale to 24/7 continuous operation within 30 days if required. Finished components are cleaned, inspected, and packed in protective crating suitable for international transport.
We provide structural assembly in our dedicated workshop, offering customers sub-assembly options and a one-year warranty on fabrication defects.
How we are preparing for next-generation environmental standards and smart surface technologies.
As industrial surface treatment standards evolve, we are updating our facilities to support green chemistry and advanced process controls. Our development team focuses on three primary areas:
We are transitioning our sealing lines to organic, nickel-free technologies. This helps customers meet recycling regulations in Europe and North America while maintaining salt-spray performance.
We are installing automated temperature and current controls in our anodizing tanks. Keeping these parameters stable ensures consistent coating density across large production batches.
We collaborate with suppliers to study how impurities in recycled aluminum affect anodized finishes. This research helps us optimize the pre-treatment etching steps for recycled materials.
At Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd., our core operations are driven by three fundamental principles:
Our workforce of 130 employees holds more than 20 technical model patent certificates, helping us sustain innovation in metallurgical forming and surface engineering.
