Our prices are subject to change depending on material costs, raw material supply, exchange rates, and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us for further information and provides their component drawings.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. For customized parts, the MOQ depends on the production line set-up requirements (typically between 500 to 2000 units depending on size). If you are looking to resell in smaller quantities, please contact us through our website.
Can you supply the relevant engineering and quality documentation?
Yes, we provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Material Certificates; Dimensional Measurement Reports (CMM); Shipping Insurance; Certificates of Origin, and other export documents where required.
What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times become effective when: (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for the technical drawings. If our lead times do not match your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales contact. We will try to accommodate your schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments directly to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: a 30% deposit in advance is required, and the remaining 70% balance is settled against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

How about the shipping fees?
