High-Strength Aluminum Hot Forging Parts
View DetailsAnodising cast aluminium is widely acknowledged in metallurgy as one of the most challenging surface treatment processes. Unlike wrought alloys, cast aluminium components contain elevated silicon contents (such as in A380, A356, and ADC12), which are critical for fluid casting flows but pose significant challenges for electrolytic oxidation. In standard anodising, silicon particles do not dissolve, resulting in dark smut residues, uneven oxide film distribution, and compromised cosmetic finishes.
High silicon content aggregates at the grain boundaries. Our factories overcome this by utilizing advanced chemical desmutting agents (utilizing targeted hydrofluoric acid combinations) that chemically dissolve surface-exposed silicon, leaving a clean matrix for subsequent anodisation.
Cast structures contain tiny pockets of gas porosity. During the acidic anodising bath, electrolytes can become trapped in these pores, causing subsequent "acid bleed-out" which ruins the surface coating. Our vacuum sealing and temperature-controlled rinsing processes neutralize these micro-voids entirely.
We utilize automated rectification profiles. By slowly ramping the voltage in the sulfuric acid bath and maintaining strict thermal control at 18-22°C (Type II Decorative) and 0-5°C (Type III Hard Anodising), we achieve uniform oxide layer growth up to 50+ microns on complex cast structures.
Ningbo Jiangbei XinYe Metal Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a family business and until today is an owner-managed SME corporation. Strategically located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility is within a convenient 3-hour journey from Shanghai international airport via the Chinese high-speed train network.
Over the last 28 years, we have scaled our production infrastructure to cover a total footprint of 16,000 square meters of high-capacity production floor, with another 11,000 square meters of construction and expansion space. Today, our family consists of 130 highly specialized employees: 80 dedicated production experts and 50 cross-functional team members in product development, engineering, quality assurance, global logistics, and executive management.
The scope of competencies at XinYe has grown over time in response to the stringent requirements of our global customers and our own initiatives for continuous technical development. Besides classical metal manufacturing, we offer a comprehensive one-stop solution from initial prototyping to mechanical machining and final surface passivation.
High-precision vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers featuring Japanese-imported equipment. We hold close-tolerance machining capabilities down to ±0.005mm.
Utilizing industrial friction press machinery ranging from 300 to 1000 tons and hydraulic columns (100 to 630 tons) to manufacture high-density parts with excellent fatigue resistance.
Specializing in stainless steel, carbon steel, and structural aluminium alloys. High-precision wax tooling guarantees intricate geometry and excellent internal soundiness.
Capable of stamping steel, alloy, copper, and engineering plastics with press force from 5 to 250 tons, accommodating deep drawn geometric enclosures.
Proprietary chemical lines specializing in Type II protective/colored anodising, hard anodising, electropolishing of stainless steels, and passivations.
Providing full traceability, DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, custom packaging, and localized door-to-door delivery coordination for North America, Europe, and Russia.
Our primary manufacturing machinery, including multi-axis CNC milling and turning centers, is imported directly from Japan. This capital investment translates into reliable, repeatable tolerances that eliminate scrap rate variance across production lots.
With a dedicated group of 50 engineers and technicians holding certifications in materials science, mechanical structural design, and chemical surface engineering, we offer DFM consultancy that trims production costs by 15-30%.
Quality is not an inspection step; it is built into the manufacturing design. Operating from ISO 9001-2015 processes, we implement strict raw material testing, online process audits, and comprehensive final quality verification.
Our standard operations run 16 hours per day, 6 days per week. However, under surge procurement demands from global partners, we can activate a continuous 24/7 production shift within 30 days. Our land layout supports rapid physical manufacturing cell expansions as well.
Our standardized operational workflow is designed to maintain absolute design fidelity and prevent variations during mass manufacture.
We analyze customer drawings, optimize casting runners, and calculate metal-to-surface processing expenses accurately.
Developing the molds and conducting structural trial casting runs to ensure physical sample conformity.
Executing bulk hot forging or die casting under automated temperature controls.
Performing precision dimension machining and chemically treating the surface to specifications.
Subjecting finished components to spectroscopic, coordinate CMM, and salt-spray testing before secure packaging.
Quality is life. To ensure each part functions flawlessly, our physical metrology laboratory is stocked with state-of-the-art diagnostic instruments. All testing procedures are traceable and logged for transparency.
Guarantees raw material chemical compliance. We test incoming ingots for correct alloying ratios before casting.
Performs full-dimension dimensional inspection on complex three-dimensional coordinate profiles.
