Located in the Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone, our facility is within a 3-hour transit radius from Shanghai International Airport via the high-speed rail network. Our industrial footprint covers 16,000 square meters of production space with an additional 11,000 square meters of dedicated construction area.
Our staff of 130 includes 80 production specialists and 50 dedicated personnel in product development, engineering design, quality control, and administration. By integrating research, design, and manufacturing, we provide comprehensive industrial solutions to critical global markets.
The metallurgical advantage of closed-die hot forging over casting for critical load-bearing applications
Unlike casting, which can suffer from internal porosity and dendritic segregation, hot forging refines the grain structure of aluminium alloys. The mechanical deformation under temperature aligns the grain flow with the geometry of the component, resulting in superior tensile strength, impact toughness, and fatigue resistance.
For modern aerospace, electric vehicle (EV), and safety instrumentation industries, reducing mass while maintaining structural performance is key. Hot forged aluminium alloys (such as 6000 and 7000 series) deliver mechanical properties comparable to structural steel at approximately one-third of the weight.
Our closed-die hot forging processes produce parts that closely match final design specifications. This minimizes raw material waste and reduces the post-forge CNC machining cycles required, optimizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) for mass manufacturing runs.
